Study On The Compare Of The Construction By The Basic Data Connection In Land Use Planning

In the process ofconnection, it is to abide by the following principles: to retain the scale offarmland; the new construction land scale not increases,70%of theremoved construction land has recovery as construction land again.Determination of the recovery scale is1147.05hm2, the after scaleof construction land is10431.61hm2. By comparison, the afterconstruction land scale is larger than the before. The connection of the land use planning and the second nationalland survey has advantage and weakness. Have stronger operability andenforceability, conducive to promoting the planning task is theimplementation of the rectification plan, but will result in increasing thetotal size of the region construction, is not conducive to make aninventory of the stock of construction land, serious loss in planning.Suggestions in planning of the future, it is strictly control the scaleof construction land, strengthening supervision and planning andimplementation process, dynamic management of planning.
