Simulation Evaluation And Optimization For Ticket Checking Broadcast Business Process In High-railway Station

The ticket checking broadcast is one of the most important contents of the passenger transportation service in High-speed railway passenger station. To establishing scientific and rational ticket checking broadcast scheme is meaningful to the implementation of the effective station passenger organization, the full development of the ticket checking equipment, the improvement of service level of the station passenger transportation. It is a research topic with great practical significance of how to increase the fluency of the process that passenger get in train and reduce the unnecessary broadcast service cost through establishing effective ticket checking broadcast scheme.The paper firstly analyzed the influence of the ticket checking broadcast to behavior of passengers and built model of passengers’waiting ticket checking considered the behavior influence analysis which was based on the station broadcast information. Then the author made the secondary development on the basis of the professional pedestrian simulation program-SRail to simulated the business process of the interaction between passengers and ticket checking broadcast dynamically, which was the proof of the validity of model. Finally the evaluation index system of ticket checking broadcast scheme was set in the paper. The author used the Beijing South Railway Station as the simulation examples by simulating the actual and the other kind of ticket checking broadcast scheme. The reasonable ticket checking broadcast scheme was identified by comparative analysis of the simulation program with using the evaluation index system, which provided decision basis for improve the broadcast service level of Beijing South Railway Station.
