The automatic assembly experiment teaching installment is the equipment exploited according to the teaching needs, the material feed system is carefully researched in the process of exploitation, electromagnetic vibration feed system is adopted. The electromagnetic vibration feed system has been widely applied in the automatic production of machinery electronic and medicine, the dynamical system structure and orienting structure of electromagnetic vibration feed system are different according to the form, material and feed damand of different material, the match of multi-performance index and multi-influence parameter is always the research difficulty of electromagnetic feed technology, therefore it is very necessary to research its kinematic and dynamic model on the basis of experiment. Research situation and developing trend of electromagnetic vibration feed technology at home and abroad are analyzed in detail in the thesis, the kinematics and dynamics of electromagnetic vibration feed system are researched systematically through theory and experimental method towards the existing main problems of electromagnetic vibration feed system at present.The main assignment of the subject is analyzing the working principle of electromagnetic vibration feed system, building the mathematical model of kinematics and dynamics of electromagnetic vibration feed system, it is applied successfully in the automatic assembly experiment teaching installment. The main research assignment of the paper is concluded as follows:1. Electromagnetic vibration feed system is applied towards the round plastic part according to the working principle of automatic assembly experiment teaching equipment.2. The working principle of electromagnetic vibration feed system is analyzed, the mathematical model of kinematics and dynamics of electromagnetic vibration feed system is built, the realizing condition of material sliping movement and throwing movement is analyzed through the theoretical model.3. The relationship of intrinsic frequency and excited frequency analyzed according to the curve of magnitude-frequency characteristics, the system is simulated with Matlab software, the influence of the parameters of feed system to material transporting speed is determined.4. According to the multi-parameter characteristics of electromagnetic vibration feed system, the paper does some research for the process of debugging and experiment of automatic assembly experiment teaching installment, the experiment shows the tilt angle, vibration direction, frequency and amplitude of material slot have some influence to material transporting speed, it provides the theory basis and reference for the application of electromagnetic vibration feed system.
