The piston assembly is a key component of the hydraulic lifting mechanism in the cab of a medium-heavy commercial truck.The assembly quality of piston rubber ring and the accuracy of the pressure adjustment are the key factors affecting its lifting performance.At present,domestic enterprise mainly adopt the manual operation for its assembly and adjustment of pressure.In order to improve the consistency of assembly quality and pressure regulation,this project intends to development of automatic equipment for assembly and pressure regulation of piston rubber ring in oil pump assembly.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the workflow of developing of automatic equipment for assembly and pressure regulation of piston rubber ring in oil pump assembly,the automatic loading/unloading system,assembly system,assembly quality detection system and pressure regulation system are modularized and the parameters of key parts are determined.Finally,each subsystem is arranged in the corresponding position of the equipment to complete the structural design of the equipment.(2)According to the basic theory of finite element and kinematic theory,the actual working condition of the equipment is simulated and analyzed.According to the analysis results,it is verified whether the key structure of each subsystem of the equipment meets the requirements of strength and rigidity,and whether the main moving parts meet the requirements of smooth movement and working beat.(3)According to the respective characteristics,applications and equipment process of pneumatic drive,hydraulic drive and electric drive,the control part is designed as a combination of pneumatic,hydraulic and electric control technology.In order to reduce the information processing time,response time of the control part and improve the control efficiency,the equipment adopts the control mode of PLC master station and slave station interaction to ensure the safety and stability of the control part.In order to facilitate the user to control the device according to the actual production needs,the control part’s visualization and human-machine communication are designed and realized.(4)The equipment was assembled and debugged to coordinate the movement of the subsystems to complete the corresponding functions.Measurements and related calculations were performed through experiments to adjust the parameters of the equipment.The experiments mainly include:through repeated positioning accuracy measurement experiments,it was calculated that the repeated positioning accuracy of the forward motion was±0.017mm and the repeated positioning accuracy of the reverse motion was±0.0135mm;through the performance test of the equipment,it was calculated that the capability index of the equipment86))was 2.145,the product qualification rate was 98.7%,and the qualification rate for manual assembly and pressure adjustment was 80%,and the above data meet the technical requirements of the enterprise.After debugged,the efficiency of piston rubber ring assembly and pressure regulation of the equipment was 47.7%higher than that of manual work,and the equipment improved the quality of piston rubber ring assembly and the consistency of pressure adjustment.
