The strength and its influence factors of semi-rigid base material is a complicated system which includes a large number of uncertain factors. In order to predict the strength of cement stabilized aggregate material, gray system theory method has been chosen through considering component materials, such as dosage and type of cement, gradation of aggregate, aggregate crusing value, content of needle and piece granule of aggregate, water content etc. Then based on summaries and in-depth recognition of some influence rules, and collected hundreds of data as swatch data-base, the contributing sequence of factors that influence the strength of unconfined compressive strength is found out and the grey prediction models for early age (7d) and late age (90d) of cement stabilized aggregate material are put forward by grey-correlation analysis, grey model, precision checking and grey prediction. The content application shows that the maximum error (95% probability) is less than 15 percent compared with actual survey. The model could get optimal component materials economically and predict the different age strength of cement stabilized aggregate effectively. The conclusion not only set a good example by unifying the calling criterion, but also accord with building an economized society in our country.
