Using Dongtangxia populations of Dongxiang wild rice, XieqingzaoB and the BC1F9 population of XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild rice, by the sand cultivate experiment, research the influence of the growth characteristic of rice seedling in different K levels, the correlative coefficients between each index of low-potassium-tolerance and screen out the low-potassium-tolerance varieties from the BC1F9 population of XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild rice. Use the plant quantitative trait genetic analysis method to do the joint genetic analysis for Dongxiang wild rice, XieqingzaoB and the BC1F9 population of XieqingzaoB//XieqingzaoB/Dongxiang wild rice. The result shows:(1) Combining for the growth condition of seedling age of rice, use the synthetic appraisal index which was consisted of relative indexes of plant height, root length, root number, dry weight of shoot and dry weight of root to be the criteria for low-potassium tolerance.9 varieties with more than 1.2 synthetic appraisal index was fixed for high tolerance to low-potassium and 6 varieties with less than 0.7 synthetic appraisal index was fixed for sensitive to the low-potassium were screened out.(2) Under low potassium stress, the plant height, root length, root number, leaf length, leaf age, dry weight of shoot, dry weight of root, total dry weight and K accumulation of XieqingzaoB were decreased, but the ratio of root/shoot and K utilization efficiency were increased. Combined for the synthetic appraisal index that XieqingzaoB was identified to be the K sensitive variety. And the plant height, root length, leaf length, dry weight of shoot, total dry weight and K accumulation of Dongtangxia population of Dongxiang wild rice were decreased, the ratio of root/shoot and K utilization efficiency were increased. But the root number, leaf age and dry weight of root were not increased even appeared raise trend. Combined for the synthetic appraisal index that Dongtangxia population of Dongxiang wild rice was identified to be the low-potassium-tolerance variety.(3) Under low potassium stress, the K accumulation and the K utilization was higher than XieqingzaoB. And the decreasing extent of the relative plant height, the relative root length, the relative leaf length, the relative leaf age, the relative dry weight of shoot, the relative total dry weight and the relative K accumulation was lower than XieqingzaoB. But the relative root number, the relative leaf age and the relative dry weight of root were not increased even appeared raise trend in an extent. And the relative K utilization was also higher than XieqingzaoB. All of these may be closely related for low-potassium-tolerance of Dongtangxia population of Dongxiang wild rice.(4) By using the mixed major genes plus polygene genetic models to do analysis of the relevant indexes for the low-potassium-tolerance in rice. Reach a conclusion, the inheritance mode for the relative leaf age is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 8.09%, the polygene heritability is 41.36%, and the inhibiting effect is existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative plant height is polygene inheritance. The polygene heritability is 62.62%. The inheritance mode for the relative leaf length is polygene genetic model. The polygene heritability is 43.36%. The inheritance mode for the relative root length is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 34.28%, the polygene heritability is 30.20%, and the linkage and epistasis dominance effect is existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative root number is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 40.11%, the polygene heritability is 27.46%, and the inhibiting effect is existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative shoot dry weight is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 65.66%, the polygene heritability is 20.57%, and the linkage and epistasis dominance effect are existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative root dry weight is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 58.37%, the polygene heritability is 17.99%, and the linkage and additive-additive by additive epistasis effect are existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative K concentration is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 38.87%, the polygene heritability is 2.90%, and the linkage and cumulate effect are existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative K accumulation is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 70.72%, the polygene heritability is 14.40%, and the cumulate effect is existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the relative K utilization efficiency is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 37.38%, the polygene heritability is 29.87%, and the linkage and additive-additive by additive epistasis effect are existed in the two major genes. The inheritance mode for the synthetic appraisal index is the mixed two major genes plus polygene inheritance. The major gene heritability is 36.83%, the polygene heritability is 28.84%, and the linkage and cumulate effect are existed in the two major genes.
