A Study On The Management Of The Wheat Planting Technology Service

The wheat planting in china has entered into the scientific planting stage and the technical service of planting plays an important role in high quality, stable and high-yield production. Employing the project management principles and systems analysis methods, this thesis studied on the wheat seed selection, planting equipment update and technical services quality and price management, and pointed out the management theory and methods of wheat technology.The management of wheat seed selection discussed the importance of the wheat seed selection for wheat production and the general principles during the selection, and then established a seeds selected index system. On the basis of multi-objective decision method and AHP analysis, the fuzzy AHP model for the wheat seed selection was established.Based on the analysis of equipment wear and service life, the management of equipment renewal gave the general strategy of updating the equipment. Proceeding from the advancement, applicability and economy of the planting equipment, the selection index system was established. And the fuzzy AHP method was used again to establish the mathematical model for equipment selection.Technical service quality and price management mainly discussed the establishment of conceptual model and the evaluation model of service quality management, and described the control methods of service quality management and the basic procedures of services remedy, the two basic approaches to pricing were also proposed: the cost approach and the income approach, and the corresponding model and calculation method were also pointed out.
