In recent years,with the transformation of the world economy from the traditional industrial economy to the service economy and the deepening of research on Product Service System(PSS),more and more enterprises have been engaged in "manufacturing service" camps,with the goal of obtaining of new source of profits and improving market competiveness by providing products service.However,due to the diversity of products and the dynamic,randomness and individuation characteristics during the service delivery,and the lack of universal service delivery decision-making methods both in industry and academia,there are still many difficulties and challenges in product service delivery.In this paper,the research perspective is on the maintenance service delivery for agricultural equipment and combined with agricultural equipment operating characteristics,maintenance service delivery connotation and status.This paper systematically studies the key issues of service demand forecasting,resource allocation and maintenance strategy optimization,collaborative service delivery resource scheduling and benefit allocation among collaborative agents in the process of agricultural equipment maintenance service delivery.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of agricultural equipment operation and its maintenance service delivery connotation,and summarizes the key technologies urgently needed to solve the existing problems.Then,based on the problem of time concentration and scale clustering of agricultural equipment operation and poor demand forecasting precision in maintenance delivery process,a gray neural network based demand forecasting method is proposed.Furthermore,the initial parameters of the gray neural network are optimized by genetic algorithm.And the prediction precision is improved.Aiming at resource allocation and maintenance strategy in the process of agricultural equipment maintenance service delivery on service station level,a method based on multiagent simulation is proposed,and a simulation model considering randomness of service demand,dynamicity and distributed of equipment is proposed.By designing simulation experiments and outputting the key performance indexes of service network under different configuration and maintenance strategies,the decision-making bases are provided for resource allocation and maintenance strategy selection of service stations under different maintenance goals.Finally,this paper analyzes the problem of collaborative service delivery decision-making in the implementation stage of agricultural equipment maintenance service delivery,and puts forward the collaborative service delivery decision-making method.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the modified Shapely value is used to distribute the benefit among the cooperating agents on the basis of the obtained delivery plan,which can ensure the effective of collaborative service delivery and stability and long-term development of collaborative service alliance.The paper validates the above research through examples and a decision-making system,and obtains good results.The research of this paper is motivated by real-world practices from the agricultural equipment maintenance service delivery,and the findings will perfect the research of maintenance service delivery management to some extent.
