In order to studying on growth characteristics,agronomic characters,economic charactersand tobacco quality of new flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan99and its parents.Thisexperiment design in Yuxi tobacco production area and compared to growth data in thefield and test data in cured tobacco leaf.Establish the Logistic model to fit the growth datafield parameters. The results showed that:Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze data of plant height,leaf numberand different parts leaf area of the Yunyan99,9147(♂)and Yunyan85(♀).Goodness-of-fit ofthirty three Logistic models established from eleven characters of three flue-cured tobaccovarieties reached extremely remarkable level.Thirty three models can truely reflect growthcharacteristics of Yunyan99and its parents.It can reference scientific cultivation andmanagement of reference.Through eleven dynamics indicators of the maximum growth potential(K-value), thelinear growth period (LGD), the first slow growth period,the rapid growth period andsecond slow growth period,linear growth rate (LGR), the maximum growth rate (MGR),total linear growth (TLG), the average growth rate (AGR), Characters of Yunyan99wasbetween9147and Yunyan85,and the linear growth rate (LGR) is longer than its parents, itsgrowing performance is more stable.Yunyan99’s natural plant height, topping plant height is slightly higher than the twoparents,natural leaves is one to three tablets less than the parental,effective leaves isbetween the two parents,the width of middle leaves is wider than parents,length of middleleaves is between parents, pitch is significant greater than parents,circumference isbetween the two parents, the lower part of the tobacco leaf area is between the femaleparent and male parent,the central leaf area is bigger than the female parent,the upper partof the leaf area is smaller than the female parent and between the parents.Yunyan99is no different to its female parent in the growing period,but different to itsmale parent reached a significant level.Yunyan99in the reproductive period in botanicalcharacters of the growth potential is similar to female parent,hierarchical drop yellow obvious,more green color,leaf veins thick.Agronomic traits on the performance of pitchthan the parents were one cm,one point four cm,the difference reached a significant level.Sense of TMV resistant to brown spot and black shank resistance, resistance to black shanksomewhat less than the parental resistance to TMV and considerable,but the conditionindex is less than the male parent,the brown spot disease resistant than the male parent.Yunyan99quality performance as follows:the appearance of raw tobacco,color hue,mostly yellow and golden,maturity,strong luster,oil up more loose structure, appearance,quality and pro-insignificant.Yunyan99’s total sugar,reducing sugar,nicotine,sugar,alkalichemical composition between parents,two sugar,TN,and the female parent,is greater thanthe male parent,the ratio of nitrogen base containing K,the amount of on performance andpaternal quite larger than the female parent.The total sugar content of the upper leafpotassium content,sugar base than nitrogen base ratio higher than that of the parents,reducing sugar and total nitrogen content between between the two parents,nicotine contentis lower than the parent. The results of sensory evaluation,flavor as partial clear momentumfor the more moderate concentration for the "medium",the temperament,the amount ofaroma,aftertaste, irritant scores were lower than the male parent and female parent close toflammability,gray,parental performance.The total score is less than the male parent,and thefemale parent,the performance of quality grades and female parent are "medium".
