There have many reports, which have generally described the mucosa sectorization of the single stomach animals, plica distribution and the distribution of the gastric vagal nerve on the stomach, compartition studies are still less. We investigated the gastric mucosa sectorization and distribution characteristics of mucosa fold in pigs, dogs and rabbits by methods of gastric incision, ectropium turgor observation and area square test. The main results are as follows:We have made clear of the distribution characteristics of gastric Mucosa of the pig, dog and rabbits. The results show that the fundus gland region of dog and rabbit are very big, the next is pyloric gland and the minimum is cardiac gland region, otherwise, the cardiac gland and fundus gland region of pig is larger as compared with pyloric gland region; the fundus gland region of pig and rabbit is darker than pyloric gland and both pyloric gland region and cardiac gland region of the dogs is alike. The plicae pyloricum’s differences between cardiac gland and fundus gland region of the pig are not very significant, fundus gland region of the pig and rabbits has the parallel tunica mucosa of galandulae and fundus gland region of the dogs has an developed groove-like tunica mucosa plicae. We have found the distribution characteristics of vagus nerve of pigs, dogs and rabbits at the gastric area. The thickness of ventralis and dorsalis of vagus nerve are very similar to each other and the vagus are distributed symmetrically in pigs and dogs. We also find that dorsal and ventral vagus are sended out many secondary vagus nerve branch between cardia and gastricangle, the vagus branch send out several small branches that they show out sector and radial to the surface of gastric. Relatively speaking, the secondary vagus branch of pigs and dogs stomach are thicker than rabbits. The gastric vagus of dogs and pigs when they pass the diaphragm then separated each other from the esophagus vagus. but the gastric vagus of rabbits are not, they along with each others, when they down to the near of Cardia then separated each others and the truncus gastric ventralis distribution to the ventral of stomach. Gastric ventral vagus nerve of dogs, under the Cardia have a Special structure, that is Annular,we called it Vagus Nerve Ring. Gastric vagus nerve of pigs have Communicating branch.but dogs and rabbits do not see it. As a whole, the distribution of the dorsal and ventral big nerve of pig and dog is similar in form, but the distribution of left and right vagus of rabbits has a huge difference. All of these findings can provide reference for the anatomy of animals stomach.
