The Research Of Tactical Design For Export-oriented Agricultural Machinery In China

Since 1990s,the export of agriculture machine in our country has increased obviously in this 20 years.Though it has been subjected to the financial crisis,compared to other countries and regions,the situation of China’s agricultural machine export was still optimistically in recent years.Though the agriculture machine export has increased continuously,various evidences seems that China’s development potential is tremendously to some other advanced countries such as Germany.In the course of export trade,China’s agriculture machine has exposed many defects itself.In regard to the exterior environment of the agriculture machine export,because of some influencing factors,the development of China’s agricultural machine export has been restricted.For example,the trade barriers wich faced in some international markets,the trade disputes which caused by the difference of our products to the import standards in some countries,etc.In view of this situation,the government and enterprises have to adopt related measure to minimize the impact of adverse factors,and adapt the international trade rules gradually.There are lots of factors which influence the competitiveness of agriculture machine.But some of the factors such as the technological content, reliability , economical efficiency,safety performance and the comfortability of operation,etc, are more important than others.Product design has become one of the most important approach to improve the competitiveness of agriculture machine.With the representative agriculture machine tractor for research object,this treatise combine the related theories to discuss the humanized safety design,the intellect design,and the green design for the farm tractor,and hope to find the design method to improve the function and competitiveness of agriculture machine.To an enterprise,it is an inexorable trend that improving the quality and reliability of product fundamentally at the same time to take advantage of the cost advantage adequately and developping high-tech value-added innovative products to compliance with the cosmopolitan rules.
