| In the land farming of south’s Hilly area, rotary tillers are widely used agricultural machinery. However, it spends a lot of manpower in the process of using rotary tillers.Therefore, how to reduce human consumption in the operation of rotary tillers becomes an important topic at this research stage. Through repeated research on the state of using rotary tillers in practical farming, and the performance parameters tested in the process of using rotary tillers, the researcher puts forward a method of assisting rotary tillers to advance and frames specific fuzzy control model of power auto-supply control system. This paper studies on strategies and specific algorithm of fuzzy control. It also develops specific hardware and software systems, and tests the carrying capacity and other performances of the mechanical transmission of entire system by experimental method.(1) A method of assisting rotary tillers to advance. The researcher designs an automatic power-supply automation devices which requires a slightly improvement of mechanical construction of rotary tillers. That is to say, we add a driven wheel in the front of rotary tillers, only consider and realize the speed control, apply closed loop speed control and give less consideration to other factors. Through testing the speed, combining with the method of fuzzy control theory, contrasting the speed of driving wheels and the main driving wheels, we can detect the walking status of rotary tillers timely. We can also replenish the walking-power of rotary tillers timely by driving hub motor.(2) The construction of a specific fuzzy control model of power auto-supply control system and a study on strategies and specific algorithm of fuzzy control. This paper makes an in-depth study on control strategies of rotary tillers’power auto-supply control system. The conventional PID control algorithm only applies to establish control objects of precise mathematical model, but many parameters’changing-process during rotary tillers walking is non-linear control object. Therefore, this paper studies and uses fuzzy control algorithm as a control strategy, frames specific fuzzy control model and puts forward fuzzy control algorithm. Finally, this paper makes a study on improving accuracy of fuzzy control algorithm. The study method improves system’s responsiveness and stability, reduces system’s overshoot and oscillation through testing.(3) The development of specific hardware and software systems. The research uses FPGA chip EPXA10of embedded ARM core as the main control board. It also uses the FPGA module to complete the speed measurement of the front wheels and rotary blade of rotary tillers, uses embedded ARM chip to complete the writing and debugging of main control procedures, fuzzy controller procedures and fuzzy control algorithm of power auto-supply control system. (4) A test on carrying capacity and other performances of entire system’s mechanical transmission. It builds a dynamic simulation model of the entire power auto-supply control system by using function modules under MATLAB/SIMUL1NK environment and makes a simulation study on the entire system which owns a fixed mechanical speed and input torque with the mechanical transmission test rig and the use of logic control method. |
