As a kind of water-saving irrigation equipment,the reel sprinkler has the characteristics of flexibility,adaptability and low spraying cost per unit area.It has become one of the most promising irrigation machinery in the field of farmland irrigation in China.The measurement of the recovery speed of the reel sprinkler is one of the important factors affecting the working performance of the reel sprinkler.At present,there are the following problems in the measurement of the recovery speed of the reel sprinkler: the existing recovery speed measuring device measures the rotation speed of the main shaft of the reel by measuring the speed of the reducer and the transmission ratio.When the reducer is out of gear,it is unable to measure the rotation speed of the reel of the sprinkler;in the process of measuring the speed,the reading value of the sensor constantly fluctuates with the measured real value,which has an adverse effect on the measurement result;because the speed measurement results are a series of speed time data scatter points,it is inconvenient to predict the data between adjacent data points;with the development of intelligent agriculture,the reel sprinkler as an important agricultural irrigation equipment also needs to develop in the direction of intelligence.In view of the above problems,under the support of the national key research and development program "research and development of water fertilizer integrated reel sprinkler driven by clean energy"(Project No.: 2016YFC0400104-04),aiming at the problems existing in the existing recovery speed measurement methods,this paper proposes a method to measure the recovery speed of the sprinkler by measuring the main shaft speed of the reel sprinkler.From the analysis of the characteristics and measurement methods of the speed of the main shaft of the reel,the design of the hardware circuit of the speed measurement,the read data processing,the drawing of the speed curve and the design of the application terminal software,the main research work is as follows:1.In order to measure the ultra-low speed of the main shaft of the reel,the relationship between the speed of the main shaft of the reel and the recovery speed is analyzed and calculated,and the speed range of the main shaft of the reel sprinkler is calculated.Based on the analysis of the applicable range and measurement error of the existing speed measurement methods of the reduction gearbox and the ultra-low speed measurement methods of the main shaft of the reel,it is calculated that when the magnetic encoder chip is used to measure the ultra-low speed of the main shaft of the reel,the measurement range and measurement error can meet the speed range of the main shaft of the common reel sprinkler,and the measurement error decreases with the increase of the measurement speed.2.On the basis of the analysis of the working principle of Hall sensor,aiming at the low speed measurement requirements of the main shaft of the reel sprinkler,it is determined to use the AS5600 magnetic encoder chip as the sensor to measure the speed of the main shaft,and the single-chip microcomputer as the control core of the speed measurement device,and to design the hardware circuit and the production of PCB.The hardware device is programmed to measure and process the rotation speed information of the main axis of the sprinkler and to transmit the data with the upper computer.3.In order to make the read speed data approach the real value as much as possible and predict the unmeasured data points,this paper studies the digital filtering technology,the outlier inspection method and the data curve drawing technology,and processes the read speed data after the outlier inspection and elimination combined with the digital filtering method,and adopts the cubic spline for the processed speed data group The interpolation method is used to draw the speed curve.Based on the above method,the function of programming in LabVIEW is realized,and the design of notebook application terminal software is completed.Based on the above function,the function of generating measurement report is realized,which provides the basis for the reliability of the test results of the speed measurement system.The Android Studio development platform is used to develop the mobile terminal app of the speed measurement system to realize the data communication and speed display function between the lower computer speed measurement device and the mobile terminal,which increases the functionality of the speed measurement device.4.By setting up the test-bed of the recovery speed measurement system,a kind of simulation device of the spindle speed of the sprinkler is designed to realize the simulation of the spindle speed of the reel under different recovery speeds of jp50 type reel sprinkler.The simulation speed is measured by the rotation speed measurement device and the measurement error analysis of the measurement data is carried out.Through the analysis,it is found that the measurement error of the rotating speed measuring device is small as a whole,and the measurement error is relatively large at low speed,but not more than 5.2%.With the increase of the measurement speed,the measurement error decreases gradually,and the accurate measurement of the ultra-low rotating speed of the main shaft of the sprinkler is basically realized.
