Anthocyanin in Blueberry fruit is in defense of free radicals to oxidation, anthocyanins content is one of key blueberry fruit quality. Anthocyanin synthesis of anthocyanins and sugar molecules, where sugar is a carbohydrate of plant leaves by transport into the fruit involved in the metabolism and accumulation. In order to promote the efficient synthesis of blueberry anthocyanin, improve the level of blueberry anthocyanins is oriented cultivation of the key functional high-quality blueberries.Two Blueberry varieties (Blue crop and Powder blue),born in three years,were used as materials.Seasonal changes of soluble sugar contents in fruits and leaves, anthocyanins in fruits,The anthocyanins synthase protein expression and their relationship were studied,which were spraied different sucrose and MKP(0.1%,0.5%and1%). Aiming at revealing the quality of blueberry fruit key to the formation mechanism and identify effective production control measures to improve key material level of the blueberry fruit anthocyanin. The results are as follows:1. Different blueberry varieties of leaf soluble sugar, sucrose, glucose and fructose content in different fruits at different developmental stages.2. Blueberry fruit is mainly accumulated glucose and fructose, sucrose content of ripe fruit sugar component is at least,which proportion ia0.1%;Glucose and fructose which percentage is about49.4%and50.5%are not significant content.3. Anthocyanins is began to have a small accumulation at the early fruit development (young fruitperiod) of Bluecrop and Powderblue(the average of Bluecrop is0.10mg/g·FW, the average of Bluecrop is0.18mg/g·FW), anthocyanins rises slow until late in the fruit coloring,then increases sharply continued to mature which is the highest.Compared with each other,anthocyanins content in Powderblue is higher than Bluecrop.4. Blueberry fruit quality of soluble sugar and content of anthocyanins is most evident,which was sprayed0.5%sucrose.Soluble sugar content between "Blue crop" and "powder blue" ar e significantlt positive correlatio; Soluble sugar and anthocyanins is a significant positive c orrelation,.5. In the fruit color period, soluble sugar content is increase a little,but anthocyanins is not improved significantly which were sprayed on the leaf of0.1%,0.5%and1%soluble sugar in Blue crop and Powder blue.6. In fruit mature period of "Blue crop" and "Powder blue" fruit mature period, the protein expression of enzyme PAL and CHI andanthocyanins content were significant positive correlations.
