Banana is one of the world's oldest cultivated plants species,which is the fourth largest food crops after rice,wheat and com.At the same time,banana,citrus,grapes,apple are known as the world's four major fruits.In banana cultivation and management,suckers growth constantly are key issue to the growth and development of the mother plant,which is an important influence to improve the yield of banana,improve fruit quality.To date,there are few reports about the technology of dividing suckers,relevant research is essential but lacking.From previous studies on mechanical and chemical reagents to divide suckers,However,the two methods have unstable effects,waste of fertilizer,cause environmental pollution and harmful to the mother plant.Therefore,it is urgent and important on dividing banana suckers safely and efficiently,reducing nutrient losses,promoting the growth and development of banana plant,which are important factors in achieving high yields of this fruit.In this study,the suckers from parent plant(Musa paradisiaca AA)were selected as the test material,the single factor test on Pendimethalin oil(PMO),Uniconazole(S-3307),Flumetralin oil(FTO),paclobutrazol(PP333)and Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KDP)to compared the effect of dividing suckers.Analysis of membership function in fuzzy mathematics,two of the best chemical agents are selected,Then quadratic regressive rotation was design for the two chemicals.Finally,the best medicament combination are selected to field-proven to observe the effect on mother plant growth,fruit yield and quality of banana.The results are as follows:(1)The banana suckers were treated with different concentrations of,FTO,PP333,S-3307,KDP,inhibited the growth of suckers.There are differences in the inhibitory effect with different concentrations of the same agents.The influence is also different to Banana plant growth.The best effect of each agents by analysis of subordinate function are:1.5%PMO,1.5%FTO,5g PP333,5gS-3307,5gKDP;Moreover,PP333 and KDP have better comprehensive effective than other agents.(2)The KDP and PP333 by quadratic regression rotation combination.design:a total of 13 treatment combinations were carried out in the field experiment and record the experimental results,Finally,the optimal ratio of KDP mixed with PP333 is 2:1 by analyze by Design-Expert.V8.0.6,the mortality of banana sucker up to 98.7%was predicted.(3)The banana suckers were treated optimal ratio of KDP mixed with PP333,which can effectively divide to banana suckers.1d later,The SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity of suckers growing point and nearby tissue was significantly decreased,significantly increased the content of MDA.2 days later,while suckers growing point of the cell structure is damaged,its cell spacing significantly larger,most of the cells have been broken death.3 days later,suckers all died,the mortality rate as high as 100%.The upper edge of suckers dry wilting,central location rot subsidence,growing point total necrosis was observed no complex phenomenon 15d long afte,to the one-time efficient divide sucker.(4)The banana suckers were treated optimal ratio of KDP mixed with PP333,but also significantly promote the growth of the banana mother plant.After drug treatment 15d,height and stem diameter growth rates of banana mother plant reached 9.76%and 6.94%,significantly higher than the control.Meanwhile,digging the underground parts of suckers found mix pesticides on banana mother plants and roots did not have any impact,its roots still robust growth.(5)The banana suckers were treated optimal ratio of KDP mixed with PP333,can increase the fruit yield of banana plant.The Yield per plant bananas,fruit comb maximum and minimum weight,fruit weight,fruit refers to horizontal stems and fruit finger vertical stem respectively 6.12kg,1.18 kg,0.86kg,76.75g,12.48cm,3.46cm,respectively,an increase compared with the control 4.79%,21.65%,38.71%,32.74%,7.96%,6.46%,compared with the control differences were significant.with the control.(6)The banana suckers were treated optimal ratio of KDP mixed with PP333,also can improve the fruit quality of banana plant.The edible rate,soluble solid,soluble solid/titratable acid,Vc,and moisture content were 83.7%,20.1%,134,12.45 mg/100 g,and 79.7%,respectively.The above indicators were higher by 5.68%,4.69%,18.58%,11.56%,and 0.50%than those of the control data,respectively,whereas the titratable acid was reduced by 11.77%.With the exception of the moisture content,all of the other indicators showed significant differences compared with the control.
