Hazelnut tree is our country’s important economic tree species. In production, the problems of the proportion of male and female restricts its economic value. Therefore, study on the flower bud differentiation of hazelnut, find suitable plant growth regulators to guide the production practice is an important problem at present. The study use Hybrid Hazel as research object, study of the influence of plant growth regulator on differentiation rate, proportion of male and female differentiation,carbohydrate levels, levels of endogenous hormones.The main conclusions as follows:1、With the control of water treatment, Gibberellin treatment significantly improved the level of Davey female flower bud differentiation rate, from29.75%to49.88%. Significantly increased the proportion of male and female differentiation, from0.73to0.91; PP333to markedly inhibit the female flower bud differentiation rate, from29.75%to9.04%.2、With the control of water treatment, Gibberellin treatment significantly reduced the level of Euro127female flower bud differentiation rate, from39.41%to19.28%. Significantly increased the proportion of male and female differentiation, from1.45to3.03; PP333treatment significantly reduced the female flower bud differentiation rate, decreased from39.41%to24.75%.3、In flower bud differentiation of David,in leaves,the level of sucrose, fructose, glucose was increased first and then decreased. The flower bud differentiation requires large amounts of nutrients accumulation. After Gibberellin treatment, the content of sucrose improve overall, description, Gibberellin can promote the accumulation of the sucrose content. Effect of PP333on sucrose was not obvious. The content of Glucose, fructose were decreased, Gibberellin treatment on glucose, fructose content did not affect, and PP333generally improving the content of glucose, fructose.4、During flower bud differentiation of Euro127, Change rule of sucrose, fructose, glucose content were Shuangfeng, during the period of physiological differentiation they content accumulate, thus, flower bud differentiation requires large amounts of nutrients. Gibberellin significantly increased the content of sucrose. Glucose, fructose content is decreased. The description of flower bud differentiation needs a large amount of nutrition.5、In David leaves,with the flower bud differentiation process,changes of contents of endogenous Gibberellin and ABA were Shuangfeng, respectively in May28th and reached the peak in June18th. Changes of contents of endogenous ZR, IAA were drop-elevated-drop, peaked in June18th. Gibberellin treatment enhances the contents of the endogenous Gibberellin and IAA, reduced the contents of endogenous ABA and ZR.6、In Ping Ou127leaves with the flower bud differentiation process changes, changes of contents of endogenous Gibberellin and ZR were Shuangfeng,. Changes of contents of endogenous ABA, IAA were elevated-drop, Gibberellin overall the content of endogenous Gibberellin, reduces contents of endogenous ABA and ZR. PP333overall the content of endogenous ABA.
