Masson pine, which is characterized by its strong adaptability and rapid growth, was mainly widely distributed in subtropics as one of the most important native tree species in China. It was also one of the main tree species for afforestation in China. This paper studies the Masson pine plantation of Jiangle forest farm in the city of Sanming in Fujian province, builds corresponding biomass models of different organs through the data of stem analysis from sample plots biomass, which lays a foundation to study the Masson pine plantation ecosystem’s biomass of this region. The real data and model analysis are used for the fitting analysis of the relationship between DHB(diameter at breast height), tree height and biomass of factors like the whole tree, the root, the stem, the branch and the leaf, and it also builds the biomass models, which is of significant linear relations. The optimal equations of the whole tree, the root, the stem, the branch and the leaf were W=0.395(D2H)0.9330, W=4.44-03(D2H)0.9392, W=0.0249(D2H)0.9617, W=1.31-04D3.6006, W=5.07-05D3.4892respectively.The results also shows that the average net productivity of masson pine plantation at18years is15.63t·hm-2·a-1on modest site quality. And the net productivity of stem is the largest, which accounts for the half of the tree.
