Study On Biomass And Carbon Sequestration Functions Of Pinus Massoniana Under Main Stand Types In Guizhou Province

In this study, the Pinus massoniana was used as the research object, by collecting historical data from published literature and based on the material from the group research, using the linear mixed model and dummy variable model, according to the distribution regularity of natural biological climate zone to plant Pinus massoniana, estimated with the method of stand biomass model between three zones and Guizhou Province; based on the biomass data measured in each region,estimated with the method of regression model between stand biomass and volume in different forest types; Based on the forestry inventory date of sampling plots of 331 418 sub-compartment date in Guizhou Province from 2005 to 2007, study on biomass,carbonand distribution patterns of Pinus massoniana plantations in Guizhou Province. The following main conclusions follow that:?1?The overallaverage model of the ground part of Pinus massoniana in the distribution of natural biological climate,??? = 0.0959XD2.4578.The fittingresults of the dummy variable model : the south zone : ??? = 0.0865 × D2.4138;the middle zone :??? = 0.0952 × D2.4138;the north zone :??? = 0.1030 × D2.4138; the Guizhou Province :M = 0.0928 × D2.4138.The fittingresults of the linear mixed model:the south zone : ??? = 0.0903 × D2.4175; the middle zone : ??? = 0.0971 × 2.4175;the north zone : 0.1030 × 2.4175 the Guizhou Province : 0.0967 ×?2.4175?.Compared with the two kinds of model through different evaluation indexes, it showed that :both model fitting effect is better, but the dummy variable model better than linear mixed model.?2?By studying the different of biomass of Pinus massoniana between three zones and Guizhou Province found that more significant difference between three zone,Under the condition of same size order, the biomass of north zone >the middle zone>the south zone;But with little difference in Guizhou between the middle ix x xi zone, so that, because of differences climatic conditions, the growth of trees will be affected, In the later researching the forest growth of the region all over the world and even the large scale zone, The influence of climate factors on the resultsshould be considered. The other districts biomass of Pinus massoniana have similar with Guizhou Province, so in the study, except the Guizhou Province, the forest growth model can be used.?3?The optimal model chosen for biomass and volume :The overall average model as follows::y=2.209x0.919;The overall model of plantation:y=1.476x0.858;The overall model of natural forest:y=1.619x0.892:The overall model of young forest of pure plantation:y=1.156x0.871;The overall model of middle aged of pure plantation:y=1.809x0.793;The overall model of Near-mature of pure plantation:y=1.476x0.858;The overall model of Mature forest of pure plantation: :y=e?5.756-152.913/x?: The overall model of young forest of mix plantation: y=10.505x0.378; The overall model of middle aged of mix plantation: y=0.302x+43.01 The overall model of Near-mature of mix plantation:y=2.216x0.774; The overall model of Mature forest of mix plantation:y=5.576x0.641.?4?Estimating the total biomass of ground of Pinus massoniana Plantations by the model have been built in Guizhou Province was 68.59 Tg,of which 38.45 Tg for pure forest, 25.78 Tg for nature forest, the biomass was 66.47 Tg which accounted the whole stand model,The deviation is 3.09% between it. The results calculated by different forest types more accurate than whole stand mode.The carbon of Pinus massoniana in Guizhou Province was 31.23 Tg,of which 20.55 Tg for plantation, account for 62.42%,of which 20.55 Tg for nature forest 10.67 Tg, account for 37.58%,The carbon of plantation larger than nature forest.?5?By the distribution patterns of Pinus massoniana in Guizhou Province,In Qiandongnan prefecture,the biomass of Pinus massoniana was the largest 26.75 Tg,the distribution proportion accounted for 39% of the whole province, the least was 0.11 Tg and 0.14 Tg in Qianxinan prefecture and Liupanshui city, account for less than 1%, respectively was 0.15% and 0.2%.The uneven distribution mainly because of the place such as Qianxinan and Liupanshui was a concentrated area of karst landforms.Analyzed with the forest density,the medial density of near–matured pure plantation of Pinus massoniana was at most in Qiandongnan prefecture, the total biomass was 3.361 million tons,accounted for 49% of the whole province;the medial density of middle-aged pure nature forest of Pinus massoniana was at most,the total biomass was 244.05 million tons, accounted for 35.58% of the whole province. Above all, the total biomass of the middle density of forest is larger among all the administrative area.
