Karamay artificial carbon-sink forest is located in the southern margin of Gurbantunggut Desert, the little precipitation, strong evaporation, water deficiency and high water level result in a lot of alkaline land, which have a serious impact on ecological environment and agriculture development. Salinization soil repairing have an important significance for improving the ecological environment and increasing food security. So how to improve and utilize saline soil, and explore a sustainable development road taking account of ecological, economic and social benefits is imminent. In this paper, the extraction of salinized soil information and the nutrient dynamic changes of soil salinity under different planting patterns and different planting years in the Karamay artificial carbon-sink forest which including the dynamic changes of alkaline land of physics and chemistry characters, nutrients, enzyme activity, microbial and other physiological and biochemical indexes are studied, to explain the distribution of salinized soil and variability of indexes under different conditions and analyze the reasons of that with the test results, study the improving results of different vegetation types on soil salinization, aimed to lay the theoretical basis for ameliorating and utilization of soil salinity in arid areas. The mainly contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Soil salinization is very serious in the study area. The moderate salinization soil and the severe salinization soil are the most widely distributed, followed by the saline soil, then the mild salinization soil.(2) Soil properties of physical and chemical have been improved to some extent after planting plants. Unit weight of soil under different planting patterns were reduced to a certain extent, the rate of decline in40-100cm soil layer is greater than0-40cm. and the unit weight of soil became lower and lower with the increase of planting age. Water content of soil salinity increased after planting, and demonstrated different characteristics of the variation, which didn’t increase with the growth of the planting years and the depth of soil. The salt content of soil under different planting patterns and plots have a downward trend compared to the CK, especially in0-20cm. And the improved effect is more apparent With the increase in years of planting plants.(3) The content of the organic matter increased significantly and positively correlated with vegetation planting years. The total K have a slight decrease because it was absorbed in the process of vegetation growth. The soil organic matter, total N, total P and total K of the one-year Russkii Jabi are significant higher then the other plots.(4) The soil cellulase activity in planted plots are higher than the blank soil, but didn’t show a significant increase with the growth of the planting years. Soil enzyme activity is different under different vegetation types.(5) Number and populations of Soil microbial are different under different patterns of vegetation. And it was closely related to the soil organic matter.
