Infection Investigation And Test Of Deworming Drugs On Haemonchus Contortus Of Goats In Baojing County

There are rich resources of herbage,having four seasons, suitable for the natural zoology condition,and very suitable for developing goat breeding.But the infection of parasites seriously hamper the development goat breeding.Investigation in August23,2010-September21,2010,eggs inspection found that positive feces for87.25%,Anatomical inspection found that positive goat for89.91%.The result suggests that the infection of anthelminthics of Haemonchus Contortus is very Serious.For the high infection rate,the experiment was carried out in5groups(levamisole hydrochloride,albendazole,ivermectin,Chinese drugs preparation, both levamisole hydrochloride and Chinese drugs preparation), and the reducing rate of EPG was89.87%,62.69%、46.05%、35.11%、100%, respectively. The result show that the last way was the best insecticide effect. All goats are normal after using the medicine, such as goat food, spirit and sport etc. The results means that as the ideal medicine, The medicine of using both levamisole hydrochloride and Chinese drugs preparation is worth expanding.The admixture both levamisole hydrochloride and Chinese drugs preparation was widely used in3farms,random selection of10goat respectively while the total is537, using McMaster’s method for calculating the EPG, statistical deworming effect among them. Farm1the reducing rate of EPG after deworming was87.52%, the disappearance ratio was70%, Farm2reducing rate of EPG after deworming was95.93%, the disappearance ratio was80%, Farm3the reducing rate of EPG after deworming was96.65%, the disappearance ratio was90%. The experiments results show that there is remarkable effect usig the Levamisole Hydrochloride and traditional Chinese medicine preparation.All results shows that using both levamisole hydrochloride and Chinese drugs preparation at the same time can get effect remarkablely for the first time in Xiangxi, so it is worth expanding.
