The disease of Haemonchus Contortus is one of the harmful disease to goats. There are many types of nematodes parasitised in goats, Haemonchus Contortus is the the dominant insect species.If this type of nematode infects the goat,it can not only make the host to be bleeding and inflammation,but also secrete toxicant to interfere digestion of the host,even canse the host to death.In part I of the research,survey of infection was the first time taken to Haemonchus Contortus which was the isolated from the goat. This invesigation have collected83Boer Goats and Nanjiang Mongolian gazelles in4palces in Hunan,which are Changsha,Xupu,Tongdaoand Huitong. The results showed that the Haemonchus Contortus collected from Tongdao has the highest infection rate of75%, Haemonchus Contortus collected from Chagnsha has the lowest infection rate of52.63%; Haemonchus Contortus collected from Huitong has the maximum infection intensity maximum of171.36/unit, Haemonchus Contortus collected from Xupu has the minimum infection intensity of67.00/unit.As the breeds of the goat,infection of the Haemonchus Contortus isolated from Boer Goat was69.05%, the intensity of infection was126.00/unit; Infection of the Haemonchus Contortus isolated from Nanjiang Mongolian gazelle was56.10%, the intensity of infection was132.60/unit.The result of the investigation provide good basis for in-depth investigation, prevention and treatment of the Haemonchus Contortus.In part Ⅱ of the research, the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences.which contain ITS1.ITS2of ribosomal DNA (rRNA) of the Haemonchus Contortus have been analyzed. Firstly make use of PCR to amply, clone and sequence ITS genes,afer that contrast16ITS sequences from different areas in this research for each other and analy them,contrast ITS sequences of Haemonchus Contortus from different areas of the world to samples from Hunan at the same time. The result shows that ITS sequences show better protective level in this specie,while difference of this specie from different areas and hosts are not obvious.This experiment is not only the first time to systematic investigate and study the inflammation of the Haemonchus Contortus isolated from goat in seveal areas of Hunan,but also the first time to make use of an effective genetic markers to styudy and analyse the Haemonchus Contortus ITS gene’s hereditary variation and DNA polymorphism from goats in Hunan.This study has supplemented the blank of Haemonchus Contortus from goat at the molecular level, which also provide a veracious basis for the study,preventment and treatment for parasite in goat..
