To find out the the ecological condition and quality characteristics of tobacco leaf in Yunnan, clarify the relation between main tobacco varieties’leaf quality distribution characteristics and ecological conditions. research the adaptability and industrial usability of main tobacco varieties in typical regions,and proposed a three-dimensional optimization of the layout program for quality characteristics of tobacco production,provide scientific advice for the sustainable development of the quality characteristics of tobacco production。The experiment was carried out in2011in Tengchong County of Baoshan City,The answer shows that:1. The dry-land soil and paddy field soil nutrient are different in Tengchong, The average PH,the contents of organic matter the alkaline N and available K in dry-land soil are higher than paddy field soil.With the planting altitude rised, The average pH、the contents of organic matter,the alkaline N and exchangeable Mg decreased, the content of trace elements and planting altitude have not obvious regularity.2. Flue-cured tobacco varieties and planting altitude have significant effects on growth and yield of flue-cured tobacco output value. Three for the best of the varieties of Tobacco are Zhongyan101, In the same planting altitude,its Agronomic characters and economic characters are higher than the K326and Y87. The tobacco varieties agronomic characters and economic characters have obvious regularity with planting altitude. With the planting altitude increased, the length of experimental treatments’ growth in fields andtransplant to bud time prolonged, Plant height, leaf number, the maximum average effective leaves, leaf width, yield are reduced.3. In the experiment area,k326’ conventional chemical composition and planting altitude have obvious regularity,Zhongyan101and Y87’ conventional chemical composition and planting altitude have not obvious regularity.4. The average daily temperature reduced with the planting altitude rised, The altitude of1900m is critical theory planting altitude in selected areas,It accord with average daily temperature18℃of transplanting, mean temperature20℃field growth period of conditions, More than1900m areas are not suitable for high quality flue-cured tobacco leaf tobacco production, With the increase of planting altitude, average daily temperature gradually reduced, The accumulative temperature utilization efficiency of flue-cured tobacco were reduced, lead to the extension of tobacco growth period,the yield and quality decreased. The tobacco varieties’ sensitivity to temperature and accumulative temperature are difference, Zhongyan101’ sensitivity to temperature and accumulative temperature are lower than Y87and K326,It is good adapted at high altitude It growth well and the yield and quality are better than Y87and K326.
