The Analysis Of Agronomic Trait And Economic Characters With 20 Tobacco Strains

The comparison trials of 20 tobacco strains, and their main character including agronomic trait, economic characters, botanical traits the resistance to disease, chemical composition as well as economic characters were compared and analyzed. The results showed that:1. Their dates of growth and development show that:NCTG55 gets into rosette and strengtrly growing stage earliest. Zambia Tobacco and Jingyehuang get into tobacco leaf mature stage earliest. The gruth duration after transplant of Va116 is the shortest in 126 days, to the contrary Xiaohuangjin0099, NC55 and Jingyehuang is the longest.2. Multiple Comparisons for their main agronomic character, we can say that RG11, Vall6, K358 and RG8 is stronger than the others. Their plant height, leaf area and number is as well as control group Yunyan87.3. Looking over the disease incidence of all varieties, tobacco mosaic is relatively low. The incidence of tobacco mosaic of ZT99n IslandGold, Nongda201, NC55, Zambia Tobacc, Coker319 and Changhuangbo is zero percent. Jingyehuang gets the highest incidence with 13.33 percent. Oppositely the incidence of black shank is high to 58.33 percent by Vail 6. The lowest is ZT99 and Va116 with 3.33 percent. SO ZT99 almostly has the tobacco mosaic and black shank disease resistant.4. The economic characters show that:their yield and production value of Huangganyan is the highest and Delhi134 is the lowest. The yield of Huangganyan is 94.14 kg/mu, and its production value is 4470.9 yuan/mu. The average price of Nongda202 is the highest, and its 28.39 yuan/kg. The pro-portion of superior tobacco Xiaohuangjin is higher than the control. Zhouyehongda, RG8 and Huangganyan is stronger than Yunyan87, and they can match the local's level.5. The chemical composition show that:total sugar content, re-ducing sugar content and potassium content is on the high side and chlorine content is on the low side. Nicotine content range up to 0.23%-2.98%. Total nitrogen content of Yunyan87, Delhil34, NC55, Va116, DelGold, Zambia Tobacco, NCTG55, Jingyehuang and IslandGoldand is in basic quality requirements of the leaves. Total nitrogen content is in basic quality requirements of the leaves. RG11, Zhouyehongda, NC55, K358, Nongda202, Zambia Tobacco, RG8, Coker319, Jingyehuang and IslandGold show harmony of chemical composition strongly.6. The comprehensive evaluation of original tobacco:A grey relational analysis of flue-cured tobacco strains lines for important traits is performed in the comparison trials. The result shows that Nongda201, Huangjin 10099, DelGold, Nongdda202, NCTG55 and Zambia Tobacco score more highly than the control group Yunyan87.Summing all the above, by comparing and analysis their main character including agronomic trait, economic characters, botanical traits the resistance to disease, chemical composition and economic characters we can come to conclusion that Nongda201, Zhouyehongda, Nongda202, RG8, Huangganyan and IslandGold shows well matching the control group Yunyan87 or better. It is worth for research further more.
