The formation of high quality tobacco variety characteristics, ecological environment and cultural practices affect the results.Optical radiation and the eco-climatic factor on the formation of tobacco-style plays a dominant role, in particular, carbon metabolism and tobacco style affects more people than the variety and soil factors. In order to reveal the relationship between the altitude differences in spectral characteristics and ecological factors and tobacco quality and flavor characteristics, in this thesis, the PC-2GL spectrometer installed at different elevations and weather stations, comparison of optical radiation, meteorological factors and tobacco quality differences in tobacco reproductive period, and related research. The results showed that:1The effective number of leaves of high altitude smoke slightly more than the low-altitude smoke, stem circumference was significantly greater than the low-altitude smoke; low-altitude smoke plant height, tobacco leaf area was significantly higher than the high-altitude smoke. High-altitude smoke in the strong ultraviolet radiation, reduce tobacco area, leaf thickness and SLW (specific leaf weight) increases, plant height, pitch shortened. Different altitudes tobacco and moisture content of the opening film, there was significant difference in high-altitude smoke large amount of radiation, tobacco leaves are narrow, leaf moisture content is low; than leaf weight exist significant differences in the high altitude of tobacco leaf weight.2The total sugar and reducing sugar were significant differences, nitrogen base there was significant differences, high altitude smoke nitrogen base ratio equal to or less than1, but the nicotine levels were high. β-carotene and lutein indicators there are significant differences, chlorogenic acid content in a very significant difference, the rutin difference was not significant. Total radiation, direct radiation and total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, and nicotine content in the cured tobacco leaves was significantly positively correlated.3High-altitude low atmospheric temperature of the tobacco area, the rich early rainfall, wind speed, high soil moisture and carbon dioxide content; but at different altitudes tobacco area, the soil temperature, atmospheric humidity and evaporation difference was not significant. Atmospheric temperature and total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine content was significantly negatively correlated, and β-carotene, lutein, chlorogenic acid content showed a significant positive correlation; wind speed and total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine content showed a significant positive correlation, and β-carotene, lutein, chlorogenic acid, rutin content was significantly negatively correlated; was significantly positively related to soil moisture content of total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, and lutein content was significantly negatively correlated; carbon dioxide concentration and total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, beta-carotene content was significantly negatively correlated; rainfall and the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen content was significantly negatively correlated;atmospheric humidity, soil temperature and field evaporation and chemical composition in tobacco leaves was not significant.
