Cabbage is main vegetable crops of cultivation in autumn winter season of our country. According to current autumn cabbage breeding goals in China, it is need to breed different maturity of cross combination. Trying to combine the molecular marker with the agoronmic character survey in this research for screening disease resistance inbred lines and self-incompatible lines;the cross combination are performed with excellent self-incompatible line and inbred line, and ranked based on the comprehensive characters using principal components analysis, meanwhile15crosses derived from6green cabbage parents are used to analyze the heterosis by Griffing diallel2. Some results as follows:1.16inbred lines and self-incompatible lines are selected from more than80cabbages lines by economic character test, and black rot resistance and wilt resistance were identified using the molecular markers, the results show some lines (21-3-1、40-1-1、46-1-1-2、57-2-1-1-1、65-1-1、 N5-3-7-1、N9-2-1、WG16F-2-1) obtain two kinds of resistance together.2. This research identifed four types of male stertility source(08-3F1、dajianyuan1、 GLMS、57-1×MS1) by primers of orf138、orf222、orf224、orf288(Ogu、Nap、Pol、 hauCMS) respectively,the results indicated that08-3F1、dajianyuan1、GLMS belonged to OguCMS and57-1×MS1belonged to hauCMS.3. Total86hybrid crosses were obtained with16cabbage parent lines.according to maturity day,9early maturing,14medium maturing and14late maturing crosses were selected. The results of variance analysis and principal components analysis indicated that the best early maturing crosses is11G61, the next are11G6and11G50; the best medium maturing crosses is11G47, the next are11G4and11G45;the best late maturing crosses is11G30,the next are11G79and11G26based on the comprehensive character evaluation.4. Total15hybrid crosses were performed from selected6green cabbages by complete diallel hybridization.
