The contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased continuously in both CMS and its maintainer while, the contents of soluble sugar, praline and the activities of three protective enzymes (SOD POD and CAT) increased at first, then decreased under cold-stress. There is consistency in all stages of change between the CMS and its maintainer line and the reduce of the differences of Physiological and biochemical characteristics after processing, suggesting the resistance of cold stress of the non-heading Chinese cabbage OguCMS was improved greatly.3、The results of Optimizing ISSR molecular marker was that DNA concentration of40ng, Mg2+concentration of2.5mmol/L, dNTP concentration of0.2mmol/L, primer concentration of0.5mmol/L, Tag enzyme concentration of1.0U in the20ul reaction system, PCR amplification procedure was that94℃for5min,94℃denaturation1min,53℃annealing45s72℃extension1.5min,35cycles;72℃extension10min. The establishment of this system for future use of technology for non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm classification, genetic mapping and gene location to build a technological basis. ISSR analysis of genetic markers of infertility results was U043numbers primer were screened in the75ISSR primers, it was repeatedly found in the male sterile line and maintainer line in the stability of specific amplified bands, and tested in the four hybrid generations were amplified Natiao stability of specific bands.
