Agricultural vehicles have a strong vibration in driving and operating process. A long time in this environment, it’s damage to all aspects of the human body.And International Organization for Standardization has developed a number of standard, withstand the vibration measurement methods and evaluation system on the driver specific provisions. In order to achieve the requirements of the standard, improve the driving and ride comfort and reduce the health hazards of long-term personnel driving vehicles, we need to further improvement of agricultural vehicle seats. The idea of this paper, magnetorheological fluid damper can play the role of semi-active damping applied to the agricultural vehicle seat. Although its control is caused by passive seat vibration, in the control process, the control device can be provided by the magnetorheological fluid damper to adjust its own parameters.So magnetorheological fluid dampers play a role in regulating control. This semi-active damping seat control system is simple structure, low cost.And its control effect is close to the active control. So it has a high application prospects.In this paper,according to the vibration characteristics of the working conditions of agricultural vehicles,analysis and design for agricultural vehicles are semi-active damping magnetorheological fluid damper. When an external magnetic field in the magnetorheological fluid dampers, performance of magnetorheological fluid is a Bingham plastic fluid characteristics. On the basis of previous research, mechanical model of the damper in accordance with its constitutive equation is derived. Magnetorheological fluid damper in the mixed mode of flow patterns and shear mode, the viscous damping force generated by the flow patterns and shear forces caused by the magnetic field compared to the shear mode is much larger. Therefore, the mechanical model of the mixed mode damper ultimately simplify become a flow pattern of the mechanical model. This does not have a greater impact to the design of magnetorheological fluid damper,and convenient for later in the paper section of seating systems modeling and simulation. Determine the various parameters of the magnetorheological fluid damper design. Discussed the impact of the structural parameters of the damper damping force of the damper. And a detailed analysis of the damper design should be noted that several problems.This paper uses fuzzy control algorithm to design a fuzzy controller,in order to achieve fuzzy control of agricultural vehicle magnetorheological fluid damper.It establishes road random vibration model and single degree of freedom of the agricultural vehicle seat semi-active vibration model,using MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox for farm vehicles seating system simulation study of passive damping, and semi-active damping. Compared with the passive damping of the seat system, the agricultural vehicle seat semi-active damping effect is good and has some practical value. It provides technical support and theoretical basis for the engineering and manufacturing of agricultural vehicles based on magnetorheological fluid damper semi-active damping seat.
