Patients were observed thechange before and after treatment of24hPRO,mAlb,Ccr,Scr,BUN,TNF-α,Hs-CRP and soon. Results:(1)As a result of type1diabetic patients with nephropathy collected less, don’thave statistical significance.(2)1)The total clinical effective rate of treatment group is75%,which is better than that of control group with statisticatl(P<0.05).2)The treatmentgroup in reducing24hPRO,mAlb,TNF-α,Hs-CRP is better than the control group(P<0.05),but in Ccr,Scr,BUN,there is no significant difference between the twogroup(P>0.05).3)The treatment group can significantly reduce FBG,PBG and HbA1c(P<0.05)..But there was no significant difference with control group in reducingFBG,PBG and HbA1c(P>0.05).4)There is no significant difference between the controlgroup in adjusting blood pressure and lipids(p>0.05).
