Because of the heat resource restriction in the eastern part of Shandong Province and the planting habits, which farmers formed for a long time, farmers there still use the rows of wheat intercropping peanut. When farmers sow peanut, wheat has reached the heading filling degree, at which time, the line width of wheat is narrow, which demands peanut seeder to be flexible and small volume, so as to reduce the damage to wheat. Therefore, based on the existing small volume animal-powered peanut seeding machine, the paper designs a self-contained multi-function wheat set peanuts seeder, which can complete intercropped peanut sowing and fertilization in one time.Self-contained multi-function wheat set peanuts seeder is mainly made up of gasoline engine, fertilizer apparatus, seed-sowing device, road wheel, drive system, etc.. The power of the whole machine is provided by2.2kW1E43-F gasoline engine. The fertilizer apparatus and seed-sowing device are driven by gasoline engine through the sprocket chain, transmission and clutch. The seed metering wheel is combination nest hole type, which sows a line of peanuts.
