In this paper,the simulation and experiment optimization of 2BS-162 type tray precision seeder machine are carried out.During the use of the seeder,there is a problems that the re-seeding rate and the lapsus seeding rate are high.In order to solve this problem,this paper has carried on the simulation to the main mechanisms on the basis of the existing prototype,has clarified the working pinciple of the key parts that seed vibration plate and seeder by the theoretical analysis,and finally has carried on the optimized design test to the key mechanism.The model of seed throwing system is established,and the vibration process of seed is analyzed theoretically.A discrete model of seed throwing disk is established by using EDEM discrete model software.The experimental analysis shows that the maximum total kinetic energy of seed is 9.35 J,and the maximum force is 181.302 N.When 1.4s,the whole seed population reaches steady state,and the seeds do simple harmonic motion in the seed tray.Through the fluid finite element analysis of ANSYS13.0,V type seed suction needle is selected to be installed on the seed metering device.When seed metering absorbs seeds,the maximum wind speed is 137.0 m/s,the maximum wind pressure is 48.9kPa,and the minimum wind pressure is 30.8kPa.When seed metering sow seeds,the maximum wind speed is 230.7 m/s,the minimum wind pressure is 34.6kPa,and the maximum wind pressure is 76.0kPa.The optimization design of the corresponding curved surface of the two key components of the prototype,seed metering device and the vibrating disk are carried out.The test shows that the metering device for cleaning and suction pressure,using Central Composite Design(CCD central composite experiment design method)two factor three level two response test,when the suction pressure is A2,cleaning pressure is B2,leakage sowing rate was 7%,the replay rate was 11.94%;using Box-Benhnken design method of polishing vibration mechanism,two response test of three factors and three levels,when the suction time is 7S;the suction distance is 1.00 cm,the vibration amplitude is 13.00 mm,leakage sowing rate was 10.21%,the replay rate is 25.65%,meet the design requirements.
