Forsythia intermedia, Hibiscus ’Duede Brabaul and Lonicera fragrantissima are three kinds of shrubs of higher application value and a great development potentiality. Based on three as the research object, the three different matrix (perlite, vermiculite, peatmoss), three different hormone (ABT, NAA, IBA), different concentration level (before both set50mg/L,100mg/L,200mg/L; Lonicera fragrantissima ste5mg/L,10mg/L,20mg/L) on the influence of hard branch rooting cuttings, And by Forsythia intermedia Zabel as the research object, the different treatment on its hard branch cuttings, twigs cuttings influence the differences, and studies its rooting process root physiological indexes (related enzyme activities, the dynamic change of nutrients). Aiming at the three flowers shrubs of cutting propagation provide technical guidance, promote its application as soon as possible. The main research results are as follows:(1) For three flowers shrubs of hard branch cutting technology research shows that, different substrates, hormone, concentration can improve three different degree flowers shrubs of rooting rate and rooting quality, but promoting effect each are not identical. As far as Forsythia intermedia Zabel is concrened, promote its root effect the best substrates, hormone, concentration level is:perlite, NAA100mg/L, three factors influence the primary and secondary order:concentration>hormone>matrix;As far as Hibiscus ’Duede Brabaul is concerned, best effect is:peatmoss, ABT100mg/L, three factors influence the primary and secondary order:matrix>hormone>concentration, And Lonicera fragrantissima is concerned, best effect is ABT1Omg/L,perlite.(2) Both Forsythia intermedia Zabel, Hibiscus ’Duede Brabaul or Lonicera fragrantissima, inhibit excessive concentrations instead take root.(3) Different treatment on rooting rate and some parameters influence the rooting quality sometimes is not consistent:Improve Lonicera fragrantissima rooting rate of ABT hormone is best effect, but the single lateral root number is concerned, the best hormone is IB A. Improve Hibiscus ’Duede Brabaul rooting rate is best effect of matrix, but increased stout best effect is perlite, peatmoss instead is the worst.(4)For Forsythia intermedia Zabel hard branch cutting and shoots cutting the comparison shows that:both appropriate matrix, hormone and concentration level is consistent, but there still exist three aspects of the differences. Firstly, three factors on Forsythia intermedia Zabel hard branch cuttings, twigs cuttings rooting rate affect the primary and secondary sequence different:for shoots cuttings, hormone>matrix> concentration, for hard branch, concentration>hormone>matrix. Secondly, shoots cutting the rooting rate and rooting quality was obviously better than hard branch cuttings. Third, vermiculite on both rooting rate of different effects is larger, with vermiculite on hard branch cutting the effect and pearlite quite, while on shoots cutting were significantly lower than perlite.(5) For different rooting period the physiological determination of Forsythia intermedia Zabel shoots cutting indicated that, after processing the cuttings indexes than the control, but both change laws are consistent.rooting process soluble sugar, soluble protein both showed first decline after rising, and the total N content that show "rise-decline-rise" trend. POD enzyme is "rise up-drop down-rise up-drop down" change tendency. SOD activity does not change significantly, in0~12days, slightly shows ascendant trend, after slowly drops.
