This experiment explored the effects of different tea varieties,different types of cuttings,and different substrates on the survival of cuttings,as well as the causes of cutting replantation obstacle in nursery land.It is expected to provide a reference for the research on breeding,promotion and improvement of land use efficiency.The test results are as follows:1.Camellia sinensis cv.Anji-baicha,Camellia sinensis cv.Nongkangzao,Camellia sinensis cv.Fuding-dabaicha and Camellia sinensis cv.Shuchazao were selected as experimental materials to explore the cutting survival rates of different tea tree varieties.The experimental results show that,the survival rate of Camellia sinensis cv.Shuchazao variety was the highest,63.54%.Followed by Camellia sinensis cv.Fuding-dabaicha,it was53.13%.The survival rate of Camellia sinensis cv.Anji-baicha varieties was the lowest,only 39.58%.2.The variety of Camellia sinensis cv.Shuchazao was used as the test material.In order to explore the influence of different short spike selection methods on survival rate of varieties of Shuchazao.Experimental study of cuttings with different tenderness showed that,the survival rate of green cutting was the highest,73.96%.Followed by half-lignified cuttings,it was 63.54%.The survival rate of one bud and two leaves are the lowest,only26.04%.The experiment of short spike cutting with different number of leaves was carried out,the results of the experiment in autumn and summer are quite different.In summer,the temperature is higher and the evaporation is greater,the survival rate of cuttage is lower with more leaves left.However,the survival rate of one bud and three leaves is the highest in autumn and summer.The survival rate in summer is 63.54%,and that in autumn is95.38%.The half-leaf and full-leaf cutting experiments showed that,The survival rate of half-leaf cutting was 89.58%,and that of full-leaf cutting was 67.71%.The difference between the two is significant.3.Different substrate selection research finding that,the cuttage survival rate of matrix one is 63.54%,and that of matrix two is 57.29%.But the difference is not significant.4.Physical and chemical properties of cutting nursery soil at different replanting years were found that,the p H of replanted soil was lower than that of Non-replanted soil.It dropped to about 4.4.The nutrient content of replanted soil was higher than that of control soil,This shows that nutrient input should be paid attention to during cultivation.The content of water-soluble phenolic acid and compound phenolic acid in replanted soil are higher than those in Non-replanted soil.The content of compound phenolic acid in Non-replanted soil and replanted soil was significantly different.Compared with Non-replanted soil,the number of microorganisms in the replanted soil showed the same downward trend.The content of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in replanted soil was significantly lower than that in Non-replanted soil.Compared replanted soil with Non-replanted soil,the soil enzyme activity changes greatly.5.The Shuchazao seeds were used as experimental materials to investigate the effect of soil extract on germination of tea seeds in different replanting years.The experimental results show that,the germination rate,germination index,vigor index and root length of tea seeds were no significant differences under the treatments of replanting soil extraction solution and control soil extraction solution.Soil urease and polyphenol oxidase activity increased,and peroxidase activity decreased.6.By treating replanted soil in different ways and then carrying out cuttage test,and determined the growth related indexes of cutting seedlings.High temperature treatment and water immersion treatment can effectively accelerate the occurrence of callus and root system of cutting seedlings,improve the survival rate of cutting seedlings,the number of leaves,the rate of new shoots,the length of new shoots,the stem thickness,the main root thickness and the root length.Although the treatment effect of biological bacterial fertilizer and fungicide is not comparable to high temperature and water immersion treatment,it can also promote the growth of cutting seedlings to a certain extent.
