In this paper,the branches of Photinia fraseri were used as cuttings to study the propagation of softwood and hardwood cuttings,including the study of cutting tech-niques and the physiological and biochemical studies of cuttings during rooting by controlling environmental factors.And provide solid theoretical guidance for the cultivation of Photinia fraseri.The main contents and results are as follows:1.To study the effect of hormone type and hormone concentration on the rooting of cuttings,Effects of Matrix and types of cuttings on Rooting of cuttings.The best combination of factors affecting the rooting rate of Photinia fraseri was as follows:(1)The Cuttings with the lower part of the Twigs were0.7?0.9cm;(2)The ABT of 200mg/mL was used as the growth regulator;(3)The peat was used as the cutting medium.2.To study the change of material energy in the body of cuttings,including the change of soluble sugar content,the change of starch content and the change of sol-uble protein content.(1)NAA treatment has the effect of accelerating the formation of callus.After the rooting of NAA,the cutting of NAA has the effect of accelerating the growth of root,and the sharp decrease of sugar content has increased sharply;(2)NAA treatment of cuttings can make the time of cutting the synthesis of starch ahead of time,and accelerate the trend of synthesis;(3)NAA treatment of cuttings can accelerate the synthesis of cutting protein,accelerate the differentiation and growth of cells,thus speeding up the rooting.3.In the process of rooting of Photinia fraseri,The internal material of the cut-tings is accompanied by severe metabolism.The changes in content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in cuttings is par-ticularly evident,was all increased first and then decreased.(1)The effect of NAA on the activity of peroxidase(POD)was not obvious,and its performance was three-stage,first increased,then decreased and then increased;(2)NAA treatment of cuttings can enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),thereby inhibiting the oxidative aging of cuttings.The trend of its active change for the first sharp rise,and then a sharp decline;(3)The treatment of cuttings with NAA could inhibit the membrane lipid reac-tion and decrease the content of O2-.The expression of malondialdehyde(MDA)was slower than that of the blank group,and the highest content of MDA was lower than that of the blank.
