In recent years, the global outbreak and epidemic of BSE, foot-and-mouth disease, avian influenza and other major food safety problems had a significant impact on the economic and social development of countries in the world, and have aroused widespread concern around the world. At present, food safety has become the focus of people’s lives. In particular, after these accidents such as poisonous vegetables and Ractopamine. agricultural products, an important article of food, has lost its credibility, and their security has got much attention. An important means of protecting the safety of agricultural products is the establishment of agricultural product traceability system. Therefore, an efficient, rational and workable system of agricultural product traceability system is of great practical significance.This paper introduces an agricultural products traceability system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), and also analyzes its architecture. RFID is a radio frequency technology using the non-contact automatic identification technology. RFID chips will be packaged into an electronic tag and pasted into agricultural products in order to realize the collection and management of agricultural products information.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of RFID and its development background: summarizes in the domestic and foreign RFID technology research and the application present situation. Then, expatiating related concept of agricultural production track&traceability system, and the concept of production traceability and the information identification used in information marking, as well as the key technologies RFID which involved in this system. RFID data acquisition system is the kernel of the agricultural product traceability system. The two key technologies in support of this are the EPC technology and RFID data processing technology, which are specifically expatiated in the third chapter. This chapter also thoroughly explains the three composition of RFID data collection:data filtering, data buffering module and complex event processing module.This system adopts complex event processing techniques to deal with the large amounts of information collected by RFID reader and SASE Event Language for complex event processing. In the fourth chapter, this paper thoroughly describes the characteristics, structure, semantics and implementation process of SASE Event Language, and illustrates the specific application of SASE Event Language in RFID-based agricultural product traceability system.Finally, this paper is about the analysis of the establishment of this traceability system based on the circulation process of agricultural product, and the system design, the database design and the function design, as well as the overall operating programming.
