The study aimed to study the effects of fat powder, lipase levels and add lipase to reduce part of fat powder on production performance of sows and weanling pigs, In order to feed formulation reasonable, save energy feed, provide proper suggestion to increase the efficiency raising pigs.Experiment Ⅰ:Study the effects of fat powder and lipase levels on production performance of sows. Selected Landrace sows36heads, so did Yorkshire, which on80days of gestation and had a good physical condition, and then randomly divided into nine groups, each group had4heads of Landrace and Yorkshire sows. This test using3(lipase)×3(fat powder) factorial design, the lipase set up three levels which were0%,0.02%,0.03%, the fat powder also set up three levels which were0%,1%,2%. The test begined at79days gestation, and ended at10days aftter ablactation. The pre-trial period was5days.The results showed that:①Reproductive performance:The best performan-ce was groups9(basal diet+2%fat powder+0.03%lipase). The fat powder levels extremely significantly effected(P<0.01) in the weigh and the weak young rate, and significantly effected(P<0.05) in the newborn nest heavy, the weaning litter weight, group2%fat powder was the highest one. The lipase levels extremely significant(P<0.01) effected in the weak young rate, and significantly effected(P<0.05) in weaning weight and litter weight, survival rate. The highest was group0.03%lipase.There were significant differences(P<0.05) in the stillbirth rate and ADG after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing lipase. The control of diet groups were the lowest and the highest respectively.②Nutrient digestibility. The best performance was group9. The digestible energy of the lactation period of2%fat powder were evidently higher than0%(P<0.05) the lipase levels extremely significantly effected(P<0.01) in the digestible energy of the lactation period, and significantly effected(P<0.05) in the digestible ether extract and energy of the gestation period, so did the crude protein and ether extract of the lactation period, and0.03%lipase have the best performance. There were significant differences in digestible ether extract and energy of the gestation period. after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing lipase.③Serum biochemical parameters:The best integrated performance was group6. The fat powder levels extremely significantly effected (P<0.01) in the gestation A/G and lactational GLU, and significantly effected in the gestation Glo, AST, IgM, ALT/AST and lactational CHOL,LDL, AST(P<0.05). Compared with0%lipase, the gestation TG and the lactational IgM of0.03%decreased and increased significantly respectively(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the gestation LDL and lactational CHOL after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing lipase(P<0.05), and the lactational AST were very significant(P<0.01)④Milkcomposition:the best integrated performance was group9. the fat powder levels significantly effected in ordinary Fat,SNF, and the2%was the best level. The lipase levels significantly effected(P<0.05)in the ordinary Fat, and the0.03%was the best level. There were significant differences(P<0.05) in the in the ordinary Pro and the colostrum Fat after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing lipase.⑤The body condition and estrus intervale:The backfat gain of latter half of the gestation of2%fat powder group was evidently higher than0%(P<0.05), but cannot significant(P<0.05) in the lipase levels. There was significant differences in the he backfat gain of latter half of the gestation after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing0.03%lipase.the fat powder and lipase levels cannot significantly(P>0.05) effected in estrus intervale.⑥The hormone of milk and serum:The fat powder levels significantly effected(P<0.05) in gestation PRL and lactational INS, the highest were the0%and the2%respectively. The lipase levels significantly effected(P<0.05) in gestation PRL, ordinary and colostrum T3. The best level was0.03%,0.03%,0.03%respectively. There were significant differences(P<0.01) in the gestation T4and colostrum T3after reducing1%fat powder and supplementing lipase. The control of diet groups was the lowest and the highest respectively.⑦Economic efficiency:The economic efficiency of piglets can increased by the addition of fat powder and lipase in dietary, and the group9and group7were the highest. and the lowest respectively. Conclusion:The improvement of production performance was not obvious in1%fat powder but obvious in2%fat powder and0.02%or0.03%lipase, the best level of lipase was0.03%. The combinative use of2%fat powder and0.03%lipase even had a much better effect. The effect of2%fat powder and0.03%lipase collocation use was more marked, supplementing lipase seemed to be feasible for reducing1%fat powder in diet. Experiment II:Study the effects of fat powder and lipase levels on production performance of of the weaning piglets.360healthy DLY piglets were randomly allotted to6treatment groups, each treatment had2replicates with30piglets per replicate. The experiment lasted30days, Thereinto,5days for Pre-feeding. This test using2×2factorial design, the lipase set up three levels which were0%,0.02%,0.03%, the fat powder set up two levels which were0%,1%。The results showed that:①Growth performance:The best performance was groups6. the FW and diarrhea of1%fat power were evidently higher than0%(P<0.05). the FW and ADG of0.03%lipase were evidently higher than0%(P<0.05). compared with add1%fat powder,The F/G was significantly decreased (P<0.05)in0.03%lipase.②Nutrient digestibility:the best performance was groups6. the fat powder levels cannot significantly(P>0.05) effected in the nutrient digestibility. compared with0%lipase, the digestible ether extract of0.03%lipase increased very significantly(P<0.01), and the dry matter, the energy significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with add1%fat powder.0.02% lipase can increased significantly the digestible energy (P<0.05) and ether extract(P<0.01).③Serum biochemical parameters:the best integrated performance was group6. The A/G, AST of1%fat powder were evidently higher than0%(P<0.05). The CHOL of0.03%lipase was evidently higher than0%(P<0.05). Compared with add1%fat powder.0.03%lipase can increased significantly (P<0.05) GLU, but the A/G of0.03%lipase significantly decreased.(P<0.05).④Serum hormone:The best integrated performance was group6. The GH of1%fat powder was evidently higher than0%(P<0.05).The INS of0.02%lipase was evidently higher than0.03%(P<0.05).Compared with add1%fat powder.0.03%lipase can decreased. significantly(P<0.05) GH.⑤Economic efficiency:The economic efficiency of piglets cannot increased by the addition of1%fat powder in dietary, but the lipase alone or with fat the powder added can improve,Among them, the cooperation of0.03%lipase and1%fat powder additives was the highest.conclusion:1%fat powder cannot significantly(P>0.05) effected on production performance, instead, the diarrhea rate significantly increased. The lipase levels significantly effected in the production performance, thereinto,0.03%lipase improve effect was better than0.02%. The combinative use of1%fat powder and0.03%lipase even had a much better effect.
