Experiment1:Application of FOS as feed supplement in weaning pigletsThis experiment by adding different proportions of FOS was to conducted toexplore the appropriate additive amount of fructo-oligosaccharides in pig diets and tostudy the effect of FOS on growth performance and blood biochemical parameters.Sixty28days old weaning (Duric×Yorkshire×Landrace)pigs were divided into fourgroups with three replicates, each of which including five piglets for a28-day feedingtrial.Basal diet was fed to the control group and basal diet+0.2%FOS、0.4%FOS、0.6%FOS supplement to other experimental groups, respectively. The results showedthat: the role of the FOS group on the growth performance has improved to varyingdegrees.Diets supplemented with0.4%FOS can effectively improve the average dailygain of weaned piglet, improve feed conversion efficiency, reduce diarrhea rates.0.4%FOS additives did not significantly affect piglet feed intake and mortality, butsignificantly improved the weaned piglets serum TP, ALB, of GLO content (P <0.05)and ALP activity (P <0.05), significantly reduce the serum in CHO the GUN content(P <0.05). However, serum GPT、GOT activity was significantly affected (P>0.05).Conclusion:The optimal dosage of FOS in weaning piglets was0.4%.dietsupplemented with FOS can improve growth performance and immunity,Enhance thelevel of the body’s metabolism, and promote the utilization and deposition of nutrients, improve feed conversion, and is conducive to the rapid growth of weaned piglets.Experiment2:The application of FOS and bacillus preparation in weaned pigletsThe experiment was to conducted to investigate the effects of bacillus preparation、fructooligosaccharides on growth performance and the effects of serumimmunoglobulin IgA、IgG,CD4+,CD8+,antibody levels in CSF.Eighty28days oldweaning Duric×Yorkshire×Landrace pigs were divided into four groups with fourreplicates, each of which including5piglets for a28-day feeding trial. The fourtreatment pigs were fed basal diets, basal diets with0.1%Bacillus,0.4%FOS and0.1%Bacillus+0.4%FOS inclusion respectively. The result indicated that the diet withFOS,Bacillus can significantly improve weaning daily gain, feed conversion rate and reduce diarrhea rate(P<0.05);FOS,Bacillus can significantly improve weaningclassical swine fever antibody levels, serum IgA levels and serum IgGlevels(P<0.05),but had little effect on CD4+,CD8+indicators.
