No matter how large level soil organic carbon works as the source of carbonatmospheric carbon dioxide or carbon,it will have a huge impact on changing theglobal carbon cycle, thus causing global climate to change and the correspondingenvironmental change. As Guangxi is subtropical and tropical regions, its soil organiccarbon accumulation and decomposition and temperate regions has differentcharacteristics. This paper will do a systematic research on the main type of soilorganic carbon accumulation differences and soil degradation of features, and thechange of soil organic matter in suburb of Nanning. This article chooses Luowen and Santang areas for research area, through thetwo sample area thirty profiles (0to60cm) sampling, comparison and analysis on thetwo sample area soil organic carbon and humus content of the accumulation ofdifferences between components, and reveals the land use, vegetation, soil physicaland chemical properties of factors such as soil organic carbon and humus carboninfluence. Finally by using infrared spectrum, this paper is to analyze Humic acid,Fulvic acid’s functional groups. The main results are as follows:(1)The Luowen sample area soil profile on woodland soil organic carbon in thehighest content, the surface is its leaves surface dead branches has high organiccarbon content, the main reason grass reclaims take second place; Vegetables and cornis low, profile organic carbon in average respectively is: forest land17.33g/kg,hillsides grass12.41g/kg, corn9.82g/kg, vegetables to9.30g/kg; Corn, vegetables, and the grass profile organic carbon respectively for the average of the forest land isaverage53.66%,56.66%,71.61%;Organic carbon content for forestland>grassland>thevegetable land>the corn land; forest land organic carbon content was significantlyhigher than the other, so in the land protection deal with different land take differentprotection measures to protect the soil organic carbon content in the process, it is veryimportant to forestation.(2) The rice paddies and corn profile the Santang sample area, has low content oforganic carbon, the mean just6.01g/kg,5.27g/kg, vegetables to mean more as high as16.98g/kg, eucalyptus forest land profile was an average of5.66g/kg, pine forest profile mean for6.69g/kg, the grass was an average of6.62g/kg; Each profile organicarbon content average performance:Vegetables>pine forestland>grassland>ricepaddies> eucalyptus forest land>corn land.(3) Among the component of humus soil, Luowen sample area’s Humic acid,Fulvic acid in total carbon acid (humic acid carbon) reaches the highest for forest land, followed by vegetables, humic acid carbon content in order as forest land>grassreclaims land>vegetable land>corn; Each section of the carbon content of forest landis an average of humic acid14.53g/kg, vegetables to7.20g/kg, hillsides grass6.60g/kg, corn6.34g/kg, four profile the average contents of soil humic acid carbonfor8.67g/kg.SangTang sample Humic acid carbon and Fulvic acid in total carbon of thehighest for vegetables, its mean is6.03g/kg, and the bottom surface to drop is bigger, followed by the grass was an average of4.44g/kg by also bigger; Corn was an averageof section4.15g/kg, pine forest profile mean for3.19g/kg, rice paddies mean for2.99g/kg, eucalyptus average of2.93g/kg; Humic acid carbon content is in the average:vegetables> grassland> corn>pine forest land> rice paddies> eucalyptus.(4) Related analysis showed that soil organic carbon content and moisturecontent was positively associated with soil pH negative correlation, and total nitrogenis very significant positive correlation. The study area ratio of the soil, carbon andnitrogen is low, it is shown that the sample area of soil corrosion high degree ofcolonization, organic nitrogen mineralization skills.(5) Nanning suburbs’ soil organic carbon research shows that: the terrain, landUSES, cropping system and cultivation factors such as fertilizer could be two samplesbetween regions in Nanning soil organic carbon accumulation of the main reason forthe difference, two area climate and soil conditions are similar, so effects could berelatively small.(6)The infrared spectrum analysis shows that the two main components Humicacid and Fulvic acid in main functional group for hydroxyl acid, carbonyl, fathydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbons, amino compounds kind material. Amongthem the Fulvic acid contained more carboxylic acid, and Humic acid contained morecarboxylic acid salt; Fulvic acid, Humiv acid all has more of the phenolic group.
