Resources-saving and envrionment-friendly agriculuture is the aim of modernagriculutural development, with the characteristics of increasing resources use efficiency,keeping soil healthy, saving energy and reducing emission of greenhouse gasses. Hexi oasisirrigation area in Gansu province, it is the typical inland river basin and the main commoditygrains production base of china. The traditional fertilization structure caused by soil organicmatter decline, it became restrict this area grain crop yield and economic development of.Application of green manure is the important part of the ecological agriculture, it is China’straditional agricultural’s key. Green manure has many functions, such as increasing soilnutrients, improving soil properties, reducing fertilization, raising fertilizer use efficiency andso on. This article through in oasis irrigation area of Hexi mixed sowing and fertilizingshort-term leguminous green manure (Vicia Villosa Roth and Vacia Sativa L) field experiments.Study of different green manure and chemical fertilizer on soil fertility and spring wheat yieldExplore green manure fertilizer mechanism, Soil Fertilization and provide a theoretical basisfor the high and stable yield of spring wheat in Hexi Oasis Irrigation Area. The results showedthat:1. Experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of fertilized7500kg/hm~2greenmanures and decreasing N fertilizer effected of the yield, chief characteristics, soil fertilityand soil microbial Quantity. The results showed that green manure+FFP70%N than FFPincreased829~525kg/hm~2, increase rate of the yield is10.7~22.9%,the soil available N,available P, available K and organic matter content were higher, and it could significantlypromoted the activities of micro organisms, the bacteria increased of62.8%compared withFFP. Green manure7500kg/hm~2instead of N fertilizer67.5kg/hm~2,improved the soil fertilityand wheat yield. Fertilized green manure has good economic and ecological benefits.2. Experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of fertilized green manurereplaced the same as N fertilizer of the yield, chief characteristics, soil fertility and soilmicrobial Quantity. The results showed that the first year increased of green manure, wheatyield decreased, when green manure harvest the soil available N, available P, available K andorganic matter content were higher; second year the increased green manure could increasedwheat yield,70%of green manure fertilizer N+30%N yield highest of8562kg/hm~2, more than FFP increased24.7%. Green manure instead of N fertilizer in30~45%improved the soilfertility and wheat yield. Fertilized green manure has been good economic and ecologicalbenefits.
