In order to select regenerated substrates in the production of Lily cut flowers and reduce cost, Lily ’Sibria’ was used to investigate the feasibility of using common Agricultural organic waste wheat straw, corn cob, corn stalk as peat substitution by determining the physical and chemical properties of the formula of substrates and the morphological index of lily, which use the mixture of V(peat):V(perlite)=1:1as control. On the basis of the feasibility of the substitution of straw for peat as substrates in the production of lily cut flowers, the weat straw was used as raw material to exploe the appropriate proportion between organic chicken manure with nitrogen sources after fermentation and inorganic urea by determing and analyzing physical and chemical properties, temperature, C/N etc.in the process of fermentation. The conclusions are as follows:Ⅰ. Election results of the substitution of substrates of Lily ’Sibria’(1)The performance of the plants grown in the4substrates as V(wheatstraw):V(peat):V(perlite)=2:3:5, V(corncob):V(peat):V(perlite)=2:3:5, V(cornstalk):V(peat):V(perlite)=3:2:5,V(corn stalk):V(sand)=5:1was sharply different in the height, leaf number, floral disc diameter, bud number, florescence, weight of cut flower, length of bud, floral stalk length and accumulation of biomass compared with control. Therefore the four substrates can be used in the production of Lily cut flowers in Central Shanxi area to decrease peat consumption and solve the problem of wasting agriculture organic waste and polluting to environment.(2) The4substrates save up to15%、17%、30%、41%of the cost compared with general peat substrate respectively, and save the cost of cut flowers substantially.(3) The physical and chemical properties of the substrates in the experiment satisfied the requirements of oriental lily growth. Among these, the substrate with sand are large in volume-weight. In the production, other inorganic material can be considered to blend with corn cob according to the propotion V:V=5:1.Ⅱ. Study result on the fermentation of the staw as the substrate in lily planting(1) The fermentation effect of V(organic chicken manure with nitrogen sources):V(inorganic urea)=3:1is the best, in which the temperature reached50℃and lasted for7days, C/N dropped to below18℃in the fortieth day. Theoretically, the fermentaion was done.(2) The fermentation of organic manure with N soureces need short time, has good effect, but comsue more, cost higher, cover wider and have a certain effect on the surrounding.while, using inorganic urea need less, cost lower, and are cleaner and simpler. But the fermentation effect is not very good.when The urea with N sources amounts to above50%, the staw can not ferment in a short time.
