One hundred and ninety-two28-day-old crossbred piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were randomly allocated to4groups (6replicates in each group and8piglets per replicate). The control group was fed basal diet, test group B, C and D were supplemented with0.1%,0.2%and0.4%mycobacteriumphlei respectively to replace50%,75%,100%antibiotics in basal diet. Feeding trial lasted for30d. At the end of the trial, the body weights and feed intakes were measured, the blood sample was collected from3piglets in each replicate for biochemical parameters and immunological parameters assay. The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney was collected from3piglets in each group for organs index assay. The duodenum, the jejunum, ileum organization was collected from3piglets in each group for the research of intestinal tissue form and the intestinal mucosa immunization index. The excrement was collected from caecum and colon for the research of bacterium group structure. The results showed as follows:(1) Compared with the control group, feed:gain was significantly decreased (P<0.05) in group C, there are no significant differences in other growth performance indexes (P>0.05).(2) Compared with the control group, UREA was significantly increased in each test group (P<0.01). There are no significant differences in other serum biochemical parameter and organs index(P>0.05).(3) Compared with the control group, there was a tendency to increase the CAT (P>0.05).The level of MDA was significantly decreased in group B and C (P<0.05). The level of GSH-Px was significantly increased in group C and D (P<0.01). There are no significant differences in the level of CAT and SOD(P>0.05).(4) Compared with the control group, There are no significant differences in the level of IgG, IgM and swine fever antibody titer(P>0.05). The level of NO was significantly increased in group C (P<0.05). There was a tendency to increase the level of IL-2, IL-12and TNF-α. Compared with the control group, IL-2in group D was significantly increased (P<0.05). IL-12in group B, C and D was significantly increased (P<0.05). TNF-α in group D was significantly increased (P<0.05).(5) Compared with the control group, the amount of e. coli in caecum and colon in test group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The amount of lactobacillus in caecum in group D was significantly increased (P<0.01). The amount of lactobacillus in caecum in group B was significantly increased (P<0.05).(6)From the result of villus height, crypt depth, the amount of goblet cell and lymphocyte cell on the intestinal epithelium, the mycobacteriumphlei can improve the intestinal digestion function. But there are no significant differences(P>0.05).These results indicated that mycobacteriumphlei is benefit for the improvement of immunity and oxidation resistance and it,s good at development of intestinal tract, optimize the intestinal microflora, improve the intestinal morphology and function. So as to reduce the incidence of disease and improve growth performance. As a kind of feed additives, mycobacteriumphlei have no side effects. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Mycobacteriumphlei, Growth performance, Biochemical parameter, Immunological parameter, Intestinal microflora, Intestinal morpholog, Weaning piglets | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
