Ramie is a unique crop in China and plays an important role in foreign exchange and export. Based on the national industry technology system of fiber crops in Hunan Agriculture University and Yuanjiang positioning sites, the influence of different rhizosphere soil nutrition on agronomic characters and yield of ramie were explored, as well as the different growth of rhizosphere nutrition and quantity of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen in ramie were researched. The results are as follows:1. There were significant differences in agronomic characters and yield at varieties of ramie in different years, especially for different harvest time. The correlation analysis of soil nutrient content among kinds of varieties were significantly related. The pH value of T-1increased while the other varieties reduce progressively; The plant height of0501in each harvest time was the highest, and the0501yield stability performance was:the second crop> the first crop>the third crop. There was significant difference in agronomic traits but not among the variety by different years. The influence on fiber yield of ramie was significant by different years and seasons but not in trial sites. The yield stability of T-1was the highest at the first crop, which of0501was the worst. The yield stability of0501was the highest in the third crop, which of XiangZhu III was in second crop. Raw fiber stability of ZhongZhu I was the worst.2. The quantity of rhizosphere microorganisms in different varieties of ramie was obviously different.0501owned the least quantity in the same soil concentrations at each microorganism. The growth of microorganism in T-1kept balance, which was better than Zhongzhu I and XiangZhu Ⅲ.The fungus number of XiangZhu III was significantly greater than other three breed. Microorganism quantity of XiangZhu Ⅲ was fungi actinomycetes>bacteria,0501shared the same result, which of Zhongzhu I was bacteria> fungi> actinomycetes, T-1shared the same result. There were significant differences in microorganism amount of variety crops. We consider whether fungi instead of bacteria had special effects on0501.3. There were some differences of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen for ramie in different years. The rhizospheric microbial biomass of ZhongZhu I increased first then decreased, while XiangZhu III decreased year by year, and T-1drop first and then increased, and T-1owned the largest microbial biomass. The difference between varieties of ramie was significant at the same year; Microbial biomass of ZhongZhu Ⅰ was increasing but XiangZhu Ⅲ decreasing year by year, and T-1was relatively stable. When rhizosphere microorganisms nitrogen quantity among different varieties compared,T-lwas respectively different with ZhongZhu Ⅰ and XiangZhu Ⅲ, but the difference between ZhongZhu Ⅰ and XiangZhu Ⅲ was not obvious; The differences between varieties as the the varied range of MBC was small, which was similar in different years.
