Phyllostachys pubescens is a kind of bamboo, which has the largest distribution area, the widest range and the highest level of exploitation in our country, and has the economic, ecological and social benefits.By study the dynamic changes of environmental factors, water use efficiency, transpiration and stomatal conductance of Phyllostachys pubescens used LI-6400and the responses of water use efficiency, transpiration and stomatal conductance to light intensity the project concluded that:(1) The first peak of Phyllostachys pubescens water use efficiency appeared in March and the second appeared in November, which was lower than the first one. The dynamic changes of water use efficiency among different ages was:5years old>1year old>3years old;(2) The maximum of Phyllostachys pubescens transpiration rate appeared in June, and then continued to reduce. The dynamic changes of transpiration rate among different ages was:5years old>1year old>3years old;(3) The first peak of Phyllostachys pubescens stomatal conductance appeared in June and the second appeared in October, which was higher than the first one. The dynamic changes of stomatal conductance among different ages were:5years old>1year old>3years old;(4) By analyzing the correlation among water physiology, it was concluded that as stomatal conductance was becoming bigger and bigger, the transpiration rate was becoming faster and faster. With the decrease of stomatal conductance, transpiration rate declined. Water use efficiency decrease with the increase of stomatal conductance. Transpiration rate declined with the the increase of water use efficiency. The main factor leaf transpiration rate affect was photosynthetic available radiation, atmospheric temperature, leaf temperature, and stomatal conductance.(5)For the change rule of bamboo selected determined that the transpiration rate changes appears two trend types on the main:"one-peak" curve and "twin-peaks" curve. The average transpiration rate of seasonal change was the "one-peak" curve type change tendency. Water use efficiency the change trend each month, the general higher in the morning, while low at noon of time.
