This paper adopts the method of comparative test. According to the technical requirements of bionic cultivation of black fungus, we select the10varieties to do the comparative experiment, then choose the one which is suitable for local application. Meanwhile, with the new type comparetive tests on several ways including the application of capsule strains in black fungus, the deferent means of fungus out of the puncture on the bags, the use of edible fungi concentrate on the black fungus production and so on, the law of rotten sticks happened goes to be summarized which bring out the formation of technology system about bionic cultivation of black fungus.The result of tests shows that Single No.1, Au916and Piece No.1are Suitable for the application in production because of yield stability, better resistance and good quality. The different methods of puncture will influence the yield and quality of black funfus. Finally, the way of V "-shaped puncture is regarded as the appropriate one. And the number of puncture holes gets to180with the depth of0.5cm.Capsule strains has the large-scale application on the mashroom production. Through the experiment on the black fungus, the result indicates that the application on the black funfus cultivation can significantly improve the rate of inoculation, decrease the amount of human labor needed, and even can enhance the survival rate of inoculation with the fewer rotten sticks. The experiment that some minerals processed as edible fungi concentrate are added into the raw materials of black fungus cultivation shows that it can obviousely improve the growth rate of mycelium, increase hyphal resistance and reduce the incidence of rotten sticks. Comprehensively applying various technological measures, we can effectively control the phenomenon of anti-rotten sticks to improve economic efficiency of bionic cultivation on black fungus.
