Aking21-year-old Carpinus putoensis as plant material, we have studied on Flowering phenology, the male and female flower parts of the Health Statistics and pollen vitality. The results showed that the Capinus putonensis which the male flower open before the female ones, the period foi the male Dispel powder and the female stigma was only6days. Male inflorescence crown averagely distributed in the upper, middle and lower parts, while female inflorescence dominated in the upper—which reached to52.34%. And central part accounted for36.72%with the lower part only10.94%. The ratio of male and female inflorescence was1:3.58, but there were obvious differences in upper, middle and lower parts of the crown, the ratios were1:2.39,1:3.60and1:9.21.the percentage o(?) female inflorescence in the lower part was significantly lower than those in the middle and upper ones Pollen at room temperature for germination was low relatively and vitality. Generally speaking, the life only lasted for5days. The study shows that in dry conditions of4℃, pollen can extend to preserve days’life, but the rate of germination is not effecedt. The test of Carpinus putoensis seed quality showed that the seed quality was poor. The average ne degree was60.2%, the average thousand grain weight29.01g,and average plumpness was5.05%.The result of germination rate in laboratory experiments and nurseries showed that the seeds collected from the upper crown to save the cultivation of seedlings was significantly lower.Comprehensive survey on Cinnamomum japonicum var. chenii concluded the analysis of the preservation status, and summarizes the seed collection, seed processing, storage, planting, containe nursery and a series of technical measures:the seed should be wet sand storage, and the key to successful panting seedlings is the sunshade net;planting in a fertile nursery could cultivate gardei seedlings, while survival rate of container seedlings was up to90%,which opened up a new way for the island difficult land forestation.
