Due to the limitation of climate and geography condition, the main garden tree species in north China are deciduous trees and evergreen coniferous tree.In winter,the phenomenon of lack of green is very common, in particular the "beautiful China" is needed to change this situation. Therefore, domestication of evergreen and local species, introduced tree species to climate similar to areas in northern cities, to change winter green deficiency conditions, rich city color, plays a very important role.This study aims to pass on Cinnamomum Japonicum distribution areas for investigation and the filters from different northern slope cultivation experiment of introduced into the funiu mountains, elected to warm-temperate, temperate-cold type;Study on cutting propagation of cinnamomum and guaranteeing the provenance of pure, master the rapid propagation techniques;make physiological and biochemical study on it to provide the basis for breeding of cold hardiness superior provenance, identify cold resistance of cinnamomum species cultivated range, and change the lack status of green of landscape of northern cities.Through domestication and introduction experiments of Cinnamomum Japonicum in different regions,such as Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province, Xiangyang in Hubei Province, Nanyang and Luanchuan in Henan, growth in different areas is at different speeds, cold-resistant traits are different, the higher latitudes the stronger resistance. May-November growth speed followed Hangzhou Zhejiang cinnamomum provenance> Tongbai, Henan>, Xiangyang, Hubei> and Luanchuan, Henan;stem diameter growing speed was Hangzhou,Zhejiang> Tongbai, Henan> Luanchuan, Henan cinnamomum and Xiangyang, Hubei;The overwinter survival rate in decreased order was Luanchuan, Henan>Xiangyang, Hubei> Tongbai, Henan and Hangzhou,.In4regions of provenance of introduced cinnamomum, introduction and cultivation in funiu mountain northern slope of luanchuan, Henan, Xiangyang, Hubei Province and Zhu Gui cinnamomumdurig the introduction besides freezing injury of winter in low temperature, high and dry, and dry-hot wind in spring in the North is also a notable factor.By cutting experiment of different cutting media, pure river sand was better than other media, followed by perlite sand33%+33%+34%peat soil.Summer survival rate was higher than that in the spring, the survival rates treated with NAA, IBA with1h cuttings was higher than the control, IBA500mg.Kg-1treatment of cuttings showed highest survival rate84%.Growth regulator solution case, indole butyric acid on rooting of cutting propagation of cinnamomum role clear.In the experiment of low temperature stress, the leaves relative water content, PROLINE content and water content, membrane permeability, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, SOD activity and the MDA content and activities of CAT and APX activity determination of physiological and biochemical index were measured.When confronted with a low temperature injury, the same low temperature conditions, luanchuan, Henan cinnamomum leaf cell membrane permeability changes in the smaller, lower MDA content and smaller CAT, APX activity changes, free PROLINE content and soluble protein, chlorophyll content and leaf moisture content low, smaller leaf relative water content changes;When low temperature decreased-20℃, cell membrane permeability maximum, MDA continues to rise, CAT activity decreased APX activity, plunged free PROLINE content and soluble proteins begin to decline;Xiangyang, Hubei Province membrane permeability in leaves of cinnamomum varies widely, higher MDA content, CAT, APX activity varies widely, free PROLINE content and soluble protein, chlorophyll content and leaf water content higher leaf relative water content varies widely;When low temperature decreased-16℃, cell membrane permeability maximum, MDA rapid increase in CAT activity rapidly rising, and APX activity continues to fall, plummeting free PROLINE content.In a conclusion, luanchuan, Henan cinnamomum endure-20℃andXiangyang, Hubei cinnamomum endure-16℃low temperature.
