| In recent years, commercial mink fresh feed is put into production in China coastal areas, its production scale and scope are widening.The research literature about commercial mink fresh feed is scarce, the formulation of quality and hygiene standards has become the top priority of the development of the industry.Evaluation system of chinese mink goods fresh feed quality is included nutritional quality evaluation and safety and quality evaluation.In mid-August2010to the end of October2010, the author examined the samples of fresh feed about mink bred and winter hair that produced in Large enterprises of the production of mink fresh feed in Haiyang of Shandong.Use the detection methods of current national standard combined with foreign mink fresh feed standard for routine testing and analysis.The freshness (total volatile basic nitrogen), peroxide value, total bacterial counts, coliform counts and Salmonella of fresh feed were also detected and analysises. The results showed that:1.All indices values about Incubation of mink fresh feed samplesProduced by the plant were37.48%crude protein (≥36.8), crude fat18.54%(≥18.0), crude fiber0.9%(≤5.1), crude ash6.2%(≤10.4), calcium1.85%(≥0.85), phosphorus1.52%(≥0.39), salt0.5%(0.4to1.1), total bacteria count0.5×106grams of each(<2.0×106), Salmonella not detected (not detected), coliforms0.14×104MPN/100g (<1.0×104), PH value of5.6(5.2-6.5), total volatile basic the nitrogen16.0%(<25), peroxide value2(<10), are within the limits prescribed in the criteria, in line with the requirements of the reference standard;2.In addition to the fat content (18.06%) slightly is lower than the reference standard of all the indicators of mink fresh feed samples in the period of winter fair (≥20.0%), other indexes are to meet the range of the reference standard, the values were:crude34.50%(6≥32.8) protein, crude fiber1.0%(≤5.1), crude ash5.6%(≤10.4), calcium1.45%(≥0.85), phosphorus1.11%≥0.39), salt0.5%(0.4to1.1), total bacterial count of0.02x106grams of each (<2.0×106), Salmonella were not detected (not detected), coliforms0.05×104MPN/100g (<1.0×104), PH value of5.2(5.2-6.5),volatile basic nitrogen11.4%(≤25), peroxide value of0.6(<10).The establishment of quality evaluation system for Chinese fresh mink feed is to provide correct and effective detection method for fresh feed producers to ensure the quality and sanitary conditions of the fresh feed, and thus,to provide security, stability, and comprehensive nutrition feed for mink farmers. |
