In order to study the fresh JNCAO Ganoderma cultivation technology and its spent substrate laid the theoretical basis for animal feed,In this paper,the use of fresh JUNCAO Ganoderma cultivation of three screening tests carried out as raw materials,through the cultivation of feed nutrients,research extracellular enzyme activity and feeding safety aspects,the main findings are as follows:1.Fresh JUNCAO cultivated fungus Ganoderma tertiary screening was the optimum medium formula is:50%of the giant fungus grass,Miscanthus 28%,wheat bran 20%,gypsum 2%to 60%moisture content,the formulation of mycelium growth medium the fastest,highest biological efficiency reached 10.92%,which is more appropriate for the test described as fresh material for the cultivation of Ganoderma cultivation giant Miscanthus grass and bacteria.2.Ganoderma cultivation of fresh JUNCAO outside intracellular enzyme studies indicate that the material before and after planting material culture enzyme lignin,hemicellulose and cellulose enzymes were increased,which,after planting material activity comparative analysis of the results:an average of laccase the 0.806U/g,HC enzyme improves 0.116U/g,CMC enzyme improve 0.206U/g,?-glucosidase improves 0.090U/g.The test proved that secrete their biological efficiency mycelium growth stage presence lignocellulosic enzyme corresponding link.3.The planting material's nutrients of nutrients Ganoderma cultivation were compared before and after the results of the analysis:crude fiber content decreased 29.47%,crude protein,ash and crude polysaccharides were increased by 48.47%,73.56%and 100.51%,in addition,the detection of spent substarte contains rich mineral elements and amino acids(8.64%).The results show that the improved planting material has certain before fresh JUNCAO Ganoderma bad nutritional value than the vaccination.4.Fresh JUNCAO Ganoderma substrate feeding safety study results:the spent substarte instead of 5%,15%,25%of the basic diet in mice conducted subacute toxicity test,during the test mice had no adverse reactions,the daily drinking water,feed properly,normal defecation,spiitual behavior showed no abnormalities.Weight:the mice of each experimental group were higher weight gain,increased to 15%of the group's highest weight and feeding efficiency is the highest in the group of mice;organ coefficient:the heart of the test group,liver,spleen,lung,kidney showed normal,no significant difference with the control group;blood:the key indicators for each experimental group were no big differences between the control group,three groups of mice white blood cells and hemoglobin levels were significantly lower than other groups whether it is a fungus caused by excessive bad experiment needs to be added for further research;bacteria samples bad bacteria,molds and heavy metals are well below the national standard specified value feed hygiene standards.In summary,we can demonstrate Fresh JUNCAO Ganoderma substrate as an animal feed additive,its safety is guaranteed.
