In these years,the bamboo industry has been developing rapidly, sympodial bamboo was used widely,especially the timber processing and pulp-making with bamboo. Sympodial bamboo nursery restricted the development of the bamboo industry.In order to improve breeding efficiency.three sympodial bamboos were used as materials, sympodial bamboo nursery was studied from tissue culture and cutting.The results as follows:1.1650mg·L-1NH4NO3+475mg.L-1KNO3+220mg.L-1CaCl2.2H2O+370mg.L-1MgSO4.7H2O+85mg.L-1KH2PO4'1900mg.L-1KNO3+220mg.L-1CaCl2.2H2O+370mg.L-1MgSO4.7H2O+85mg.L-1KH2PO4are respectively suitiable for proliferation and rooting. NH4NO3promoted proliferation and KH2PO4inhibited proliferation of seedlings, NH4NO3and KNO3inhibited the growth of seedlings.2.Different forms or different concentrations of silicon can promote the ratio of proliferation, growth and rooting of seedlings38.4mg.L-1H2SiO3is the best, the proliferation and rooting ratio are the highest, the condition of seedlings is well with dark green and upright leaves, long and thick roots.38.4mg·-1H2SiO3greatly promote seedlings to absorb potassium,slightly calcium and magnesium,but inhibit the absoption of nitrogen and phosphorus.3. The bud inducing rate and proliferation of Bambusa Wenchouensis were related to the ratio of BA/KT. BA/KT=1.3,the bud inducing rate was highest, BA/KT=2, the bud inducing ratio and proliferation were lowest. The medium:1/2MS+2.0mg.L-1BA+1.5mg.L-1KT+30.0g.L-1sucrose+8.0g.L-1agar was suitable for induction and proliferation.It is difficult for adult Bambusa Wenchouensis to induce rooting. Adding auxin hormone alone are not rooting. Adding a little of BA in medium containing NAA is conducive to root.The appropriate medium for rooting:1/2MS+2.0mg.L-1NAA+1.0mg.L-1BA+30.0g.L-1sucrose+8.0g.L-1agar.4.The culms were dipped in IAA、IBAandNAA.For Bambusa Wenchouensis. IAA、IBA promote rooting,NAA inhibit rooting,otherwise for Dendrocalamus farinosus.Cutting survival rate in May were higher than that in July.
