Wangzhuang Irrigation Area’s Design Of Auxiliary Project And Research Of Water Saving Engineering Reconstruction

Water is one of the most important resources for life. Water resource has become the21st century national and even the world’s most prominent problem. Saving water, and establishing water-saving society from the nation’s highly has become the important responsibility of the government at all levels. Water resources of Wangzhuang irrigation area are basically abundant,which can be still developed using potentially.But the influence factors such as the amount of time and space outside the area, uneven distribution, lack of water conservancy facilities, and the water pollution, leads to serious water shortages. And the people’s consciousness of water-saving was weak, saving water system mechanisms were not perfect, water resources waste phenomenon was quite serious, water-saving society construction task was arduous.Through the analysis of wangzhuang irrigation status of water resources utilization, the author found the development of the water level in the current situation, where water pollution and shortage is coexist, and water supply and demand is contradiction. Establishing water-saving society is the most fundamental and effective strategic measures to solve the problem of water shortage of irrigation,and the inevitable choice of the scientific development view as well.In this paper, the irrigation area of water-saving society construction is planned, and a concrete engineering and ecological conservation measures is put forward.Manwhile perfect the system construction for the water-saving society situation and Suggestions are given,which can guide a practical work and promote irrigation area of water-saving society construction. Through the water-saving construction, we make Wangzhuang irrigation water use efficiency improvement,the ecological environment improved, harmony between man and nature promote, local economic increase, and a better life and sound ecological civilization developed.
