At present, up to more than300species of organic phosphorus pesticides, many of which belong to highly toxic pesticides, methamidophos, methyl parathion, monocrotophos and other, pesticide residues in medicinal plants are of general concern, so as soon as possible establish method for detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines and limits, to guarantee drug safety is of great significance.Referred to a lot of literatures of pesticide residues, this paper established a simultaneous determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines analysis. Summary GC-FPD test method have found strong exclusive, high sensitivity, easy operation, matrix interference of impurities can be avoided to a large extent, could well be used for detection of organophosphorus pesticide residue analysis. Therefore this study using the GC-FPD method, the establishment of a method of analysis for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines. Results is the minimum detectable limit of41oganophpsphorus pesticides was from0.9to22.5μg·kg-1. The average recovery was70.6%~113.9%with RSD of0.2%~14.1%, on detection of organophosphorus pesticides in Chinese medicinal materials in a reference.
